It’s Been 5 Weeks. No Call From Them.
So far it’s been 5 going on 6 weeks since I ordered close to 5k worth of furniture. You think someone would call or an updated email chain. Nope nothing. So as for customer service a big fat 0. The site advertised 2-3 weeks. I knew I should have just went with a local furniture company. This is getting ridiculous and now I got to be the bad guy and call them and get nasty about my furniture. Who wants to deal with that. 0 for customer service.

Learn From My Mistake…do Not Order From Furniturepick!
I ordered nearly $2,000 worth of furniture from Furniture Pick. When the dresser arrived, the trucking company they use could not leave our home fast enough and we had absolutely no time to unpack and inspect the furniture before the drivers left, as the company’s instructions directed us to do. The drivers left and after we unpacked, the large dresser we ordered was damaged along the trim which also affected the drawer function. We attempted to work with furniture pick’s claims department to get a new piece of trim so that we could repair the item ourselves. They could not provide us the trim piece. Our options were to repackage and send the dresser back or receive a $75 rebate! They obviously did not want the hassle of going through the return and it would have been costly for us to do as well. $75 was not enough of a rebate for a brand new dresser. I will never order from them again and warn others not to order from them. They did not engage with us at all following my complaint. Lesson learned too late for me but hopefully this review will help others. Trust me, based on the rushed and careless nature of the delivery drivers, I trust that this happens often!

Refuses To Pay For Damage To My Home From Delivery
My furniture was delivered with "white glove delivery" and they put a large whole in my wall. They will not pay for the cost to repair the drywall and continue to make me insulting lowball offers despite me sending them the estimate for the cost of the repair.
Also check out Better Business Bureau complaints. This company needs to be shut down.

Horrible customer service. Products not as advertised. Takes 10 times longer to get then what they say. Look at all the reviews on other websites. Their website is the only one that has 5 star reviews. It’s shady.

What You Order Is Not What You Receive
FurniturePick uses misrepresentative photos online in their adverts to sell furniture that looks completely different upon arrival. In addition to my furniture arriving damaged (including backs ripped off the 2 dressers I purchased, a gouge so deep a chunk was out of the dresser, and an off color stain on the side of the nightstand), THE FINISH ON EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE I RECEIVED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE BED RAILS WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM THE PHOTOS FURNITUREPICK USES TO SELL THE FURNITURE. The furniture in the advert had a smooth white and gray wood grain finish - what I received has a rough finish (if you run your fingers across the finish, you will get a splinter) that is scratched up to high hell, gouged, pockmarked, gummed up and spray painted so poorly they didn't bother to protect the overspray. Why would anyone buy new furniture all scratched up with gouges in it? FurniturePick claims my set looks like their stock photos. Never in a million years did I think this company was a racket, but that is exactly what they are. What you order is NOT what you receive. Their online platform allows them to operate this racket, because they could never get away with what they do if they were a brick and mortar furniture chain. Logistically everything about their company is a nightmare, I dealt with it because I thought the furniture would be worth the hassle in the end, I could not have been more wrong. Don't let my $4.6K dollar mistake happen to you.

I placed an order for a bedroom set in 08/2021, it was supposed to arrive in 4-6 weeks. 8 weeks later when I inquired about the status, they stated they would have in another 4 weeks. The Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays came and went and no bedroom set.
At this point I wanted to cancel the order which I was told I could however supply chain issues and COVID were the reason for the delays.
Now it’s July, 11 months since the initial order, and they have reached out to me to increase the price from 828 to 1216 dollars because of increased inflation and shipping. A 45 percent increase. Inflation is up 10-15 percent, not 45 percent!
I cancelled the order after wasting my time with this company for over a year waiting on it.
Terrible business practices and customer service. Buyer Beware.

Just Run From Furniturepick!!!
Please run! Just run from ever doing business with FurniturePick. This company is a sham. I have a toddler and we are stressed out because the bunk bed they delivered to us squeaks like hell. It gave me neck pain the first time we slept on it, plus the bed platform is uneven once it is unfolded from sofa to bed. This uneven surface makes it hazardous for my child who can easily suffocate in the middle of the bed where both parts meet. Like everyone else complaining about FurniturePick, I have not received a refund. We waited several months for delivery and we are so disappointed. For $624, you’ll think to receive quality bed, no; what we got is cheap and junk sofa bed. FurniturePick does not honor their 14 day money back guarantee (return policy). They’ll fight you ridiculously tooth and nail to keep your money. I’ve reported them to consumer bureau of protection. I made the payment through PayPal. Unfortunately, there is nothing PayPal can do because they are not a trade company and they apparently do not get involved with seller’s refund policy. Also, you can’t take FurniturePick to court because they do not have a physical address. We cannot use the bed; so, it’s just sitting there occupying much valuable space from my baby. Just run!
As I stated, RUN! FurniturePick has no shame. I am less than 150 lbs. If this is your argument or excuse for the incredibly squeaking bed. You’re making no sense. If the bunk bed is strictly for children, why is it then a queen size bed? This is misleading and alienating to the public.
Based on your refund policy, you should have refunded me since I requested reimbursement within 24 hours after delivery.
Don’t hide under PayPal for your enterprise - you will be caught. Show yourself! You don’t have a physical address for people to return their products or deal with you in court. What is your address? Since the manufacturer is ACME Furniture, you leave me no choice but to sue you under the manufacturer. I have no choice, but to get them involved - I don’t know how they do business with you, unless you’re all in this together. You’ll get caught and brought to justice.

Worst Company To Ever Exist On The Face Of The Planet
If i could give this company negative stars i would. I placed an order with them over 6 months ago, it is impossible to get ahold of any actual person, their contact phone number is not legit, they just keep sending a canned templated email every time i send an email inquiry in, considering there is no actual customer service line that works, saying the order is being pushed back over and over and over month after month and every single email they send says the same exact thing just with the month changed. I have never received such poor customer service and terrible communication. This is the worst company in existence and i would never recommend anyone to them. Terrible terrible terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely horrendous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am disgusted at this company

Nightmare
Actual NIGHTMARE company and customer service. I ordered a $530.00 office chair on December 2, 2020. I was assured a 4-6 week delivery time. I called prior to purchasing to see if there was anything I could do to speed up the delivery and I was told that the 4-6 week window is just an extended estimate and to expect the product sooner than that. Well, here I am on February 17, 2021, and still without a chair. I spoke with customer service last Monday (2/8/21) and was told that it will arrive end of last week or else early this week. It is now 2/17/21 and I have no chair. I called customer service again and was told that the chair has still not even arrived at Furniture Pick's warehouse and that it was still with the manufacturer. I was told that I can expect the chair sometime in March. The pearl-clutching beta-male who answered the phone nearly hung up on me because he thinks that I am wrongly dissatisfied - he said, it is not their fault, it is with the manufacturer. I asked if there was some expedited shipping option to be utilized once it arrives with them, but of course, they are unwilling to do anything to right their wrongs. I could have built a chair by now. NEVER SHOP HERE unless you have 6-12 months of lead time on your product.

Horrible Customer Service
These guys suck! Bought an Ashley bed less than a year ago and the legs on the cross rails broke and the cross rails buckled. I had to straighten the cross rails and put cement landscaping bricks under them to make the bed usable. I've tried for 3 weeks to get warranty service from them and they have done nothing more than pay lip service to me. They have made no effort to get me the replacement parts. Now today, they told me my claim has been closed out with no notification and no one is available in customer service department until after the first of the year. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Their prices are good but their post sale customer service is the worst I've ever seen.
