Awful Customer Service
Well where do I start. Apparantly I wasn't home. However, during the time slot I also had 2 beds delivered from a different company. As I was in the garden I didn't hear the door and I had no phone on me. The other delivery driver called over the gate and I heard him, this driver was from a different company.
So I came indoors to check where the delivery was for the mattresses (I did put in the delivery instructions please leave in porch if I don't hear)
Well I missed the delivery and now I am being charged £50 for that with an abrubt person on the other end of the phone stating that if I cancelled the order there would be a £120 charge for that. A couple of months ago I had a solid oak large table and chairs delivered from North Yorkshire for £80. All I want is 2 rolled mattresses.

Poor After Service - Avoid
Ordered a childs bed and mattress spending over £800
6 parts of the bed arrived damaged and the service from Happy Beds was very poor.
Some of the parts are being replaced at my request but they refuse to deliver them at the weekend meaning I have to take another day off work (they do deliver on weekends, but their excuse is that the manufacturer won't pay the extra delivery cost for weekends).
I had to build the bed using one of the damaged parts and despite initially offering a discount for the damage they are now being extremely difficult.
I have spent countless hours taking pictures of the damage for them, sending codes from boxes, replying to their many messages. I will now need to take another day off work to receive the replacement parts.
They offered me two free pillows as compensation which having spent almost £800 on a bed is frankly an insult.
The bed was for my 5 year old son who was so excited to get a new bed. Unfortunately this company are not really interested when things go wrong.

Cheap Rubbish
Cheap mdf flat pack rubbish! Paid nearly £400 for two bedside tables and they are the worst quality! I found EXACTLY the same tables on amazon for £78 absolutely disgusting. Now I'm being charged to send them back! Terrible rude unprofessional over charging robbing company AVOID

Do Not Waste Your Money
Awful company and mattress quality - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I bought a king size mattress about 2 months ago, and it's already sunk in the middle. They are voiding my warranty because apparently i was supposed to flip the mattress every week for 6 weeks and every 6 weeks thereafter?! Have i bought a mattress or a pillow? Their so called Platinum mattress quality is actually rubbish. DO NOT USE THEM - their so called warranty is a lie.

Horrendous customer service. We recieved a confirmation date for our delivery, and I managed to organise time off work to receive it. Subsequently, we recieved another email stating that it was in fact not in stock and would be delivered at some point in the future. They refused to organise the delivery around my schedule this time, and I told them that I would be in contact with a new date. Instead of waiting for that, their couriers dumped the delivery outside our door in the rain one day with no prior notice.

Very Poor Service
Very poor service. Ordered a bed 6 weeks ago and stipulated a delivery date for w/c 8th march. Within this timeframe they have completely messed up the delivery dates on 3 occasions which has resulted in 7 days of wasted days off from work and no offer of expedited delivery. Order has now been cancelled and I will look elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Delivery Delays & No Quick Refund Issued. Not Recommended
Ordered a TV bed on January 11th, expected delivery delays due to the nature of the item along with Covid-delays. However I was then emails to say I wouldn't receive shipping confirmation (not even the actual delivery) my item until 7 days from April 1st. Asked for a refund which was acknowledged (expected 5-7 working days from receipt of the email). This time passed & when I followed up again I was told the refund had been "stuck in an automated payment system" & it would now be another 5-7 days. Terrible service not only in taking an order they knew they couldn't fulfil in any respectable amount of time, but then not to issue the refund allowing me to find a suitable replacement. Wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced.
These guys have the worst customer service I have every experienced with any company I've dealt with.
It's interesting to see that their current companies house registration is only two years old, while they appear to have been trading for many more years, suggesting they've closed and reformed at least one.
Low quality products that are potentially unsafe with absolutely terrible customer service. I'd avoid them like the plague.

Absolutely horrific experience, bought through HappyBeds on the 25th of January - couple weeks go by, spent a day sat at home for no one to turn up (XDP).
Bed finally arrives and they've sent the wrong size.
I just want my money back, fast forward a whole week - Birlea organises a courier to collect the bed via DX - I sit in all day Thursday, no one shows up, Friday - no ones shows up but I get a call at 5.55pm to say the driver runs out of drive time!
Bed finally collected the following Monday, DX scans through the collection as failed and it took a further 5 days to get a refund.
I've phoned and complained and no one cares in the slightest. Has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
HappyBeds take absolutely no responsibility at all, they said it's the couriers fault and Birlea's - at the end of the day, I purchased the item through you, I am your customer.
Save yourself a massive headache and purchase your bed elsewhere = caveat emporium.
The bed was rubbish quality - Stockholm Birlea.
