Nothing but trouble with this company.

They are uncompromising when faced with a legitimate complaint.

The mechanism on one door catching another door as it passes and the doors rub against the pelmet.

They look what they are....cheap and cheerful!

Brilliant company, great help from the designer who was always available on the end of the phone to help with queries regarding fitting and also very helpful (and entertaining) in the initial design and choosing. Thank you and would recommend you!

Really wanted to share my experience with this fantastic company, they were so very helpful throughout the entire process from ordering through to delivery the whole thing was faultless. I was so apprehensive about ordering such a complicated item such as wardrobes online but they really made it simple which made me feel a lot more confident about placing an order with them,i was called by their delivery driver who was also lovely ! Nothing is too much trouble for these guys,thank you i would certainly use you again and recommend you to friends and family

The doors are good but the service is 'terrible'. Rude staff,no customer service.

Don't be fooled by the promotions, discounts only bring the price to what they should be!

Look for a similar product elsewhere, they're just not very nice people.

Having completed the installation of our new wardrobes I can only say WOW ! From the very simple ordering process to the per booked delivery the service I received was fantastic, the choice of colours is bigger than any of the other companies as well as the fact that they actually make the doors rather than just retailing them like so many of the websites out there something that really makes a difference in my opinion , I am absolutely delighted with my sliding doors a big thank you to you all.

ordered my doors in a soft white got a sample sent beforehand and yes the colour was a soft white however when the doors arrived they were more like a soft green I hadn't noticed beforehand as they were hidden behind some cappuchino doors that were also ordered. I rang up slide wardrobes direct and told them I wasn't happy and could they come out to look at the doors and the sample that they sent me as I have had 8 people look at the doors and the sample who all agree that the sample is white and the doors are different from the sample, I told the company that I would send some pictures via email for them to look at however when I rang the company back they have blocked all calls to my phone ! also the soft close fittings on 6 of the doors are not working properly ....this company obviously has had problems with other orders in the past as why would they have a phone that can block individual phone numbers....I would not deal with this company again and advise anybody else wanting to purchase sliding doors to look else where as this company's customer service is absolutely shocking

Just wanted to say how pleasantly surprised I am with our new sliding wardrobe doors. Excellent product, excellent service and excellent delivery.

I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with the doors I have just received from Slide Wardrobes Direct. My requirements weren't particularly straight forward either as I have a built in Ikea wardrobe interior that I wanted to complete with sliding doors. The interior has drawers, so I needed wardrobe doors made to a very specific size so that I could still open the drawers. I spoke to [name removed] and explained what I needed and he sorted the order out over the phone. He was very knowledgeable and told me which doors would best suit what I needed. The doors arrived just under three weeks later, exactly to the specification I had asked for. My brother fitted them, and they look fantastic. A special mention must go to the delivery driver too, as he helped us take the doors upstairs and was lovely.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. A great experience, and if I ever need sliding wardrobe doors again, I would go straight back to them.
