Before Christmas I Went Through The Same Thing. Ev

Before Christmas I went through the same thing. Even though I explained to them I needed the money I had for my children for Christmas, they still managed to take £345 on the promise of getting me a loan so I could give my children a good Christmas. They were nasty nasty foreigners who took my money without a care for my children’s happiness. They ruined my families Christmas taking my money.

Are you among those victim of crypo theft ...Little you can do is contact recovery firm,Why not contact [email protected] probably there could be something done to help out.I know quite a lot of legally affirmed recovery firm but I prefer the works recoverypro due to their swiftness to respond. They have high techexpert and experience Agents to help recover your lost or stolen funds or bitcoin,i lost 87% of my retirement money to fake binary option brokers but got it all back in 4 days after i got in contact with recoverypro.

How Did They Get My Details?

How this company got my details I will never know but I can bet that it was from another loan company that I applied to they should not be allowed to practise (I got a call from them saying I would be able to get a loan for £2500 with easy repayments of 36 months at £101.00 per month? great right WRONG you have to send a payment of £100 on a Ukash voucher for your loan to go into your account what rubbish they must think I was born yesturday with this in mind they have been calling a leaving messages like crazy, "we have your loan already we just need you to pay the PPI for the loan. we are a trusted lender" they are not even registered with company house

They have been doing the same to me forcing me to pay £50 insurance to put the loan into my account then tall me to call back and they will put the money straight away to my surprise they asked me to put another £125 and then they will put the loan when I did they told me I put it in the wrong account and who gave me permission to put the loan in without notifying them and that now the money has gone somewhere else and I need to put another £125 call them back or they can wait on the phone while I do it and then guarantee the money would be in. The guy on the phone was speaking to me in such a tone I couldn't believe it!! Then straight away I knew it was a scam. Now all the money I had is gone and no way of me getting it back don't think the banks can get this money back for me. I am left without the loan and no money for me and my children. Please, guys, don't trust this company ever!!

Rip Offs

I was told i could get £1500 loan off them. They first asked me for £49 then £149 then £100 and then got told they couldnt put my loan into my bank because of my low credit rating. I now realised i have been conned and i am reporting this to the police and the fsa. They took all my money. I have 3 children who because of this company i cannot feed tonight because they took all my money and i had to borrow the last £100 of my sister in law. I am very hurt and upset by all of this. This company should be struck off its disgusting.

Do Not Use Loans 4 You

They prey on vulnerable peopl who want to borrow money. DO NOT EVER USE LOANS 4 YOU. they took £100 up front from me and said money would be in my account within 30 mins. They told me to use UKASH. within 30 mins of me paying in the money they had taken it and when i called them they said that i needed to pay another £139 before i could get the loan. I told them that was not part of the deal. I could actually hear them all talking and laughing in the background. I shouted to them down the phone that i wanted my money back. They said you will never get your money back. I was furious. How dare these people from a foreign county by allowed to operate and take money from other people. It sounded like an indian call centre. Yes i was foolish but desparate. They now have my bank account number and sort code and my name and I suspect they can use this to try to take money from my bank. I am so sick of people being able to get away with things like this and never get caught. It is not good enough. I intend to pester these ppl by phone every day on the number. I might not get my money, but they will get an earful each time i get through...

i wanted to borrow money and they said it was fine. All they needed was my account number and sort code, name of my bank. They told me that i needed to be £100 up front and then i would get my loan money. They wanted me to pay with UKASH. I paid the money and 30 mins later they called and said i would need to pay another £139 before i could borrow the money i lost £100 and I suspect they will try to take money out of my account. These people need to be caught. it ws like a call centre but now i believe it was from a house. This is bad that these people can get away with this. They should not even be allowed to have a web site.

The Worst Company Ever!!

Ladies and Gents, Turn back now, Do not even look at this poor excuse of a company! First they took my payment upfront with no problems. I was then told by three different people my loan had been accepted, all i had to do was to wait for the money to be sent to my account.. i waited.. for TWO WEEKS! it was after many confused calls from myself that someone actually bothered to inform me that they were a broker NOT a lender and they had passed my account on and they couldnt do nothing about it. even though i had CLEARLY stated my info, they had passed on the wrong info to this loan company. who are now bombarding my phone with call after call. I called nationwide loans 4u asking for my money back as they had not stuck to their end of the deal by finding me a lender and ooops surprise surprise they cant refund it due to some reason or another. Bad Company, Even worse staff, Dont even look at their page, not worth it at all!!!

Dear Sir/Madam

On the [Date] I made an application to your company for a loan of [Amount]. I have a copy of the agreement which was signed and sent back to you. The [Fee £ Amount] administration fee was paid.

I would like to ask that you refund my administration fee minus £5 which by law you are entitled to keep.

I would at this time remind you that Section 155 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 provides that a credit-broker may charge no more than £5 for his services if the consumer does not enter into a relevant agreement within six months of an introduction to a prospective source of credit or hire. If the broker has already charged more than £5 for his services and section 155 applies, the excess must be refunded to the consumer upon request.

As I have never entered into any relevant agreement the above applies and you are lawfully bound to refund the original administration fee, minus £5.

Should you fail to do so, I will have no option but to report your company to the Office of Fair Trading to whom you are licensed by.

You have 21 days from today in which to refund the requested monies. Please make any cheques payable to [Your Name]
