Very poor service. Had an issiue with galaxy s9plus. Went to samsung store and they said phone has been fixed with non genuine parts (from china). Make it hard to get a refund and fix any problems. Stay away and purchase elsewhere. As the phone wont last long. Customer service team aint been very helpful(some are, most aint), had a rude attitude in fact.

My teenage son saved to buy a second hand i-phone. Good price. Easy sales process, good updates and phone arrived quickly and in condition described. When it stopped working they replaced without a quibble and turned it round the same day they received the return. Replacementvphone in even better condition and going well. Highly recommended.

Bought an i phone 4 from ineedamobile.com to replace one we lost on holiday. Got it for a very good price, very impressed with the service, arrived next day and wow what a good condition phone. It is top drawer, cannot fault it one bit. I would highly recommend this company looking for a like new mobile for a bargain price.

Fast and prompt service

Ordered one online it was delivered the next day. I have had it about 4 weeks used it every day and no Robles. Based ony experience I would use them again and I would recommend them.

I purchased an Apple iPhone 3gs 16GB. It arrived the next day as promised and works great. They dont provide any accessories but after speaking to customer services they sent me a free charger and data cable.
