Bad Customer Support

We had a few instances that we need customer support because of service interruption. Of course as an ecommerce merchant, they are emergencies for us and would like their support to resolve the issues right away. Unicornpay support team is not helpful in resolving issues and keeps saying the issues are caused by other vendors. Turned out, they didn't know how to trouble shoot and at the end, had to create a new account and restart our services. Obviously, they need to train their support team much better.

Shameful Customer Care

I have no complaints in their payment gateway. So far so good. It has been working great. They have provided multiple numbers and extensions to talk with their compliance team. and no phone gets answered. If you email them. You won’t get email replied. This all happens AFTER you have taken the services. Not before. It’s a torture to have such entities in your eco system of business. I wonder why customer service is so pathetic in our country. Seems the moment you pay or sign agreement, then it’s your turn to face the torture.

Pathetic Sales Support

Even after reading so many bad reviews I thought I will approach Unicornpay for payment gate way. Prior to that I spoke to Cartpays, Intechpay and couple of private banks, everybody were ready to support and process the request even though our site was in beta version (95% completed), after submitting the beta link and existing website link all the payment gateways perfectly understood our situation and those who were at the supporting companies had common sense to understand the existing website will be replaced with new one in the same domain with the same products. But to my surprise Unicorpay support person, even after I tried to make her understand how other gateways are providing support, told me this is not our issue correct it and come back and it is Unicornpay not any other payment gateway. I don’t know how they are going to provide support if there is any transaction issues or technical. So I decided not to choose them for my company. They should train their employees to handle the clients first.

Much Better Payment Solutions Exist Today. Go With Something

It's been more than 1 years since I've been using Unicornpay and very little has changed in regards to their API and documentation. This is not good. As numerous other payment solutions have sprouted up offering better documentation, more functionality and API libraries in other languages, Unicornpay has had very little to show. Even their pricing is no longer competitive to some of the other solutions that are out there.

Same People Took My Money

On 14.11.2015 Unicornpay called to say account is locked. He then took OTP's from me constantly reassuring that nothing wrong was going to happen. Then 50000/- was debited from my merchant account. The transaction shows the same. I am 53 years old. Please help and stop believing these people who are working on customers.

They tried several times for the refund... But didn’t have successful... i don’t know why!? Please check & refund my cash... Thanks. But I never get my money. When I check this issue with my credit card provider. They told me there is not money transfer in your account.

Unacceptable Experience, Unreasonable And Rude

Unicorpay is unfortunately ruining my life my business, my employees, and Christmas for their kids. We have been running various websites for many years and have always used traditional merchant accounts. Unfortunately, we run many websites, and with traditional merchant accounts the processors want an account for each site and business. When you have 15 sites, having 15 merchant accounts in nearly impossible to manage and we found ourselves creating more problems trying to manage each one vs finding a processor like Unicorpay that we could create sub accounts or something of the sort and be up and running with each new website we launched in hours or less. We were finally making progress and excited to begin using Unicorpay. Money was flowing, deposits were coming, orders were being shipped, and chargebacks were low and next to nothing. Refunds were only our own transactions that we were testing our sites with. Things were good as all stories start out in the beginning. Unfortunately that lasted just a short while. We began to slowly receive notifications for each account one by one over time with each notification having different reasons. None of this made sense to us, we were shipping orders, refunds were low, sites were doing well, chargebacks were next to nothing, and everything was in place. The relationship should be perfect match and fit. Recently as each account was being shut down, they were starting to place holds, change deposits to 7 days, then no deposits, and a constant loop of scheduling transfers that never happened. You can’t reach them, explain, discuss, or anything. I have managed to get some email responses here and there with very little information flowing, we are left with no choice but to share our story and hopefully avoid this happening to others.

All Company Policy Fake

I am very dissatisfied with this company. They don’t handle their mistakes very well. Save yourself a headache and don’t use their services. You will deal with them only through email and you will receive a response from several different people. My problem is with a refund they gave and the customer has the product. They told me to just recharge them. How do I recharge the customer when they say they did not get a refund?
