Last month I ordered dog food through Amazon and Monster was the 3rd party seller. When the dog food arrived the dog food bag had a large hole in it and my vet advised me not to use it as insects or other things could have gotten in the bag and contaminated the food. I contacted the seller 2 times and I have yet to get a response. I spent over $60 including shipping cost and now I'm out this money and I will never order from this seller again unless they make it right.

Have accumulated over 1000 points but unable to access rewards

Still waiting for my delivery , 1 week later, rang and asked where it was to get a very blasé response of "oh it must be delayed" ......you don't say!! Will be returning all items as soon as they arrive as I have purchased them online somewhere else and guess what they've arrived!

Ordered 26 th feb told del 4th march fair enough on free delivery. Cant track it doesent seem to have been despatched. I am canceling the order. Never arrived.

It would appear to be a common problem with this company.

Awful service website states 2/3 working days for delivery. I ordered my pets food on Wednesday 16th November 2016 and I'm still waiting delivery!! Apparently there's a problem with the supplier, despite the items being displayed in stock and for sale!! I chased my order twice and now it's apparently out for delivery with Yodel today 24th November.. But Yodel states there is a delay with delivery!! So unless you want to wait 9 days plus for your pets food, I would suggest using another company!! First time and last time I'll be using monster who is working in conjunction with Waitrose..

Do not sell products or take people's money if you can't delivery within the stated time!!

This company was new to me, but being rather desperate for a certain dog food,having been let down by my usual supplier,I decided to give them a try.The intial response was very good,their ordering system easy,delivery promise just what I needed.Confirmation order followed,together with tracking information.Order arrived early morning,and I was not charged for delivery.All in all,a very good shopping experience for me.Excellent company

thought I would try this new item from Pedigree searched the web and Monster came up .What a simple site to use , no long sheets to fill in just simple talk .So I placed the order , not really thinking about delivery times , but WOW just two days and the goods were here , that's service .Tried to fault anything on the order system that I could have a go at , but nothing , certainly a company to promote

They use Yodel for deliveries so enough said really, after not attempting the first delivery, losing the parcel for 2 days then not attempting 2 further deliveries Ive given up, I would look elsewhere, and I am going to as I cancelled the order in the end.

I ordered from here on a Thursday evening. Allowing for Friday and then the weekend I assumed the order would be despatched on Monday. But no - the order did not get despatched until the following Wednesday and then it was Saturday before it arrived - needless to say I was out and had to go tot he post office to collect. The service is atrocious.

I ordered a few items including a Rubber Foot Tread Dog Toy 8" - this didn't last 5 minutes - quality of it was rubbish even though they describe it as premium quality rubber. If I could have given them less that one star I would.

I will not use them again.

Simply the BEST at EVERYTHING

To cut a very long story short I only had enough dog food for my poorly dogs Friday evening meal & his breakfast on Saturday

Being hsebound I had to get his hard to find food delivered by Saturday evening

Some suppliers could have done it for £10 delivery fee but they couldn't guarantee it neca

Monster were by far the most polite & helpful

They didn't hesitate to guarantee next day delivery despite it being a Saturday & they promised to pass on my contact details to the courier in case there were any problems

On top of the SUPER MONSTER sized customer service they were MONSTEROUSLY cheaper than any of the other pet supply companies &.they didn't charge a single penny for next day delivery

Order placed I received confirmation of the order AND updates of the progress of the order

I admit I was anxious that it was too good tovbe true

What a waste of worry that was

The food was delivered less than 28 hours after the order was placed<3<3<3<3<3

I thought monster was a weird name for a pet supply firm but now it makes PERFECT SENSE because their prices & service are MONSTEROUSLY OUT OF THIS WORLD

I will NEVER buy my dog food, beds toys & grooming items anywhere else
