Cancellation Fee Without Submitting Order
They charge a cancellation fee even if you haven't even submitted your order.
They're website is confusing. I didn't input my credit card but they emailed me saying I ordered something even though I never uploaded my art work and received a proof.
Be careful when perusing through their website because you might think you're just going through the order process when they make it seem like you agreed to order something. Ridiculous.
How can you order something without agreeing to pay and seeing the proof?
Avoid If You Want A Good Job Doing!
Having been given a promise that my job would be delivered on time, I received an email the day before the delivery date saying that due to a fault at their end, my job would be late. I have had to rearrange replacement print at my own cost, or risk losing a client. I cannot now get a refund from them, or any sort of customer service (wish I'd read these reviews first) from them. Avoid at all costs.
Horrible Service - Disputed With Paypal
While cheap printing their customer service is cheaper. Misinformation was given by their graphics team regarding artwork and while they state; “We understand that this message is not totally clear to understand” they fail to take ownership, or even partial ownership. It is a misfortune of having to deal with their horrible customer service and payment has been disputed with and escalated to PayPal.
Worst Customer Service You Have Ever Seen
Worst customer service you have ever seen. Bought some folders, downloaded their template, instructions were terrible and the template apparently wasn't even the right size! Every time I submitted new artwork there were new problems and they couldn't show me an example of completed files so I can get an idea of what needed to be done.

Shocking Customer Service
Don't be tempted by Print 24's prices, their customer service is absolutely shocking!
If you make a mistake navigating their many drop down boxes when ordering e.g. accidentally select single sided rather than double sided, instead of charging you the difference they make you reorder and charge you a cancellation fee.
They recently screwed up the printing of our order (thin paper instead of thick card), and instead of giving us a proper apology and a refund, they would't give us a refund unless we posted them samples to Germany which is such a hassle. When they got our samples, they then emailed to offer us either a reprint (for an event that had already happened), or a partial refund in print credits only - so not an actual refund at all!
I recommend Solo Press who have excellent customer service and a much faster turn around time included in their standard price!
Dreadful Service. Avoid.
Ordered 7500 A4 programmes for an event in July 2016. Paid a staggering £132 for express delivery including confirmation in writing from Print24 that they would be delivered the day before the event. Print 24 then emailed me to say delivery could not be guaranteed (too late to find another printer). The programmes were delivered the day after the event finished.
Late And Poor Quality
This company has no regard to the on-line delivery promise. The quality was so poor that the brochures were in unuseable. My local photycopy shop produced copies that were infinitely better than PRINT24.
Terrible Company! Must Avoid!
Delay, delay, always delay! Regardless how urgent you are, regardless which production speed you have chosen. Just an email notify you your order will be late no other effort to help. Rubbish company. Avoid if you can.
I Submitted An Order With This Company Today And M
I submitted an order with this company today and made one error. After consulting with one of the online advisors !! I was told I should cancel the order and re- submit it for the total cost of £14.00. The original order was for £20.00.. Initially my instinct was " not to use this company" not was I right. as long as you have more sense than I did " YOU WONT US3 THEM. Disgusting tactics .... BE WARNED!!!!!! Never again, total rubbish.
Absolutely Awful
I would have given zero stars but its not accepted on the system! I ordered Banners, Flyers & Posters in 2 sizes for an Event & delivery in France. Was shocked to see on the Order Confirmation the Delivery address was in WALES although l had selected France & confirmed the delivery address. As soon as l saw it ( less than an hour after making the order) l phoned & was told there was no problem changing the address, just confirm in wriing with an e-mail - in short my Delivery was sent to Wales, the Company refuse any refund because they say the delivery was accepted & signed for - this is impossible as the addressee lives in France, the person living at that address confirms they did not sign for any delivery & that there name is different to the one that appears on the elivery docket which curiousely enough is the name of the person living in France, but incomplete & spelt incorrectly.
I have been lied to, am out of pocket & furious.
