warning!! Do not let this company trick you aswell!!! They’ve taken a lot of money and say they’ll send the items within 3/5 days, but nothing comes. They are based in germany and do not reply to any emails or answer any phone calls. Now starting legal proceedings.

Non existent communication, tried sending back a pair of damaged Vans can't get a reply from anyone, it's been months since I first messaged them now and still nothing despite trying multiple emails and social media messages.

Rude And Unprofessional
On their main page they advertise 4,9 euro delivery costs within belgium. And also in the text at the beginning of the delivery costs page.
But they charged 5,9 euro. I created a customer service ticket but they said I had to better look because lower on the delivery page they advertise 5,9 euro.
You can better buy somewhere else because you have to pay for the return costs. They try to hide it by being vague about it.

I ordered on the 28/12 & still not received anything on the 20/1 after numerous phone calls & Brexit getting blamed but then on the 25/1 i sudden I got a refund & after phoning them again got told it was an error but if I wanted to reorder the delivery cost had changed from £3.99 to £6.90 but the items I originally ordered was NOT in stock anymore, don’t shop with them
Stay Away
This place couldn’t exist in the USA. They will let you order sneakers that haven’t even been released yet, and for half the price. That should clue you in. Any positive reviews are likely written by them. If it’s too good to be true, then it ain’t true!

STAY AWAY COUNTERFEIT I purchased a pair of trainers but realised I had put the wrong delivery address half was my Work and the postcode was my home address. I emailed them 5 times I only received 1 email back in German. I tried calling one line was dead the other was a scary German voicemail. I did get my trainers after 2 weeks but the are counterfeit. More emails sent but no reply.

Still Waiting On A Refund After 3 Weeks
ordered a jacket which arrived very promptly as stated in the shipping time (within 5 days). the jacket wasn't to my liking so I sent it back by the 31.01.17. approximately a week later I got in contact with KICKZ to see if the item had been received, but after countless emails I got a reply around 4 days after asking the question. in which I was told that it had not still been received and once it had they would process the refund.
I'm currently still waiting after 3 weeks, still for my money to be deposited back into my account. ive emailed the contact number numerous times again but no one has shown any professionalism in responding to my query.

I ordered a pair of trainers on 27/01 and received my confirmation email the same day. So far, so good; but then the email said they were stocktaking in their main warehouse that weekend so there may be a 2 day delay on top of the 2-5 working day delivery, I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a while. I then had to get in touch via twitter (no response), contact form on their site twice (no response either time) and Facebook where their social media person was terrible at responding, firstly claiming it was unmanned over the weekend, yet they still managed to send a generic response on Saturday. They then said to me that my order had been lost due to an error in their systems and they don't realise this happens until the customer gets in touch with them and chases things up. So if I hadn't got in touch I would have been waiting weeks for my order.
Their prices are good and delivery is free but I will never ever order from kickz.co.uk and have been as vocal as possible to underline how appalling they are as a company.

Excellent Experience. Don't Stress The Bad Reviews
I actually was super worried after ordering from Kickz then reading the reviews (in that order). But I HAD to write a great review after my experience. This took place on Saturday 1/28/17. So basically I ordered a very rare pair of Jordans after searching high and low for legit retailers. I'm in the states, so shoes go FAST here. Well I lucked out and found KICKZ.com and there was only 1 size available of the specific shoe. Of course I added it to cart as fast as I could since this was 10 minutes after initial release (equivalent to 10 years in the sneaker release world). I went to check out and it was a breeze. Shortly after I got a first email confirmation. By Monday I got another email confirmation stating that the shipping wold be delayed because it had to come from another warehouse. THIS is when I got nervous bc I had seen reviews that explained how when KICKZ said that, they usually didn't have anything in stock and just refund you, also hearing that when you contact them they are extremely rude. That was definitely not the case. First I hit them up on Twitter and they answered each tweet politely and within 24 hours. And the best part is by Thursday, I had the item in hand. Less than 4 business days from Germany?! I have nothing but good vibes for this company and they will continue receiving my business.

Ordered a bag from here, which was a bit foolish on my part because there was zero product details, and I realised I might have bought the wrong size (bare in mind this is not a cheap bag so I want it to be right). So I emailed to cancel the order, and was told it can't be done and I'd just have to send it back. This was before the item was even shipped. Tried calling the "Service Hotline", no answer.
So now I have to send the thing back to effing germany for no reason whatsoever.
Do not shop here. Just don't. The free shipping drew me in but now I'm gonna have to fork out sending it back and wait weeks before I get any refund.
