Avoid At All Costs

AVOID AT ALL COSTS 

TOOK MY MONEY/ WONT REPLY TO EMAILS

This company is awful. I placed my very first order and paid $66 for next day delivery from the uk to usa. My total was $343 in total for several pairs of shoes. I paid for next day as these items were to be gifts for some of my family members. This package was marked as delivered by FedEx and it never came. Nothing was ever delivered to my door.

I immediately sent an email to simmi London as they have no phone number or chat options for help. Only email. They did respond initially they asked me several questions and asked for a police report. I answered their questions immediately and provided them a police report.

THIS IS WHERE THINGS GOT BAD! I found out simmi never provided any information to the carrier. They were not going to refund me for my missing order unless they were refunded by the carrier… that is not legally how things should be handled according to e commerce laws. I remained patient and took things into my own hands opening my own case with FedEx to look for the package. FedEx deemed this package lost. FedEx ALSO SHARED THEY NEVER HEARD FROM SHIPPER NEVER HAD A CASE/CLAIM FROM SHIPPER. So simmi misled.

I HAVE PROVIDED ALL FEDEX INFORMATION TO SIMMI VIA EMAIL. Asking them to file a claim so I can be reimbursed..

⚠️⚠️SIMMI IS NO PONGER RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS⚠️⚠️ they are wanting to keep my money and also get paid by FedEx

Please I beg anyone coming here avoid this company at all costs. There shoes are overpriced and if you have a problem with your order you are IGNORED

Worst Customer Service I've Experienced - Poor Quality Shoes

I purchased and paid for 5 pairs of shoes....Simmi London sent me 4 pair of shoes. I understand mistakes so I quickly reached out shows them the package as received with only 4 pairs of shoes, shared with them that a pair that I paid for was missing. The waited a day or so and told me that they checked the weight and all the shoes were sent. I opened a case with PayPal and they were no help at all. PAYPAL is pathetic for assisting you when you have been treated badly by the merchant. This purchase took place at the beginning of August, 2022, it is now the end of October 2022, I still don't have the shoes that I purchased.

Frustrated, I didnt want any of the shoes, the shipping was crappy after paying a large amount for shipping they just threw the cheap shoe boxes in a bag and tape in. The bag, shoe boxes and shoes were smashed and one pair unwearable. I asked for the prepaid return shipping label and they wanted me to pay another 30.00 or so to ship the order back to them. These people are bad.....to have someone purchase a product and your company refuse to send you the item is theft.

Do not purchase from this company, they are not reliable trustworthy and the quality of their shoes is sub-par.

I am submitting this experience to all of the government agencies that is available to me including IC3.

Terrible Customer Service

My daughter placed an order with them. The EVRI delivery person said they delivered and put a picture of a black screen and a map point of somewhere in London miles from where we live. We reported to EVRI and to Simmi. My daughter was told by SIMMI that she needed to call the police and report it as a crime as she had not received the order. They said they are unable to help her without a crime reference number!!

You are actually joking that Simmi thinks that this is a practical use of police time to call the police and report a missing parcel. Besides the fact that no crime has been committed - Simmi's choice of courier EVRI delivered to address miles from us and Simmi won't do anything without my daughter reporting it to the police - Just to finish that Simmi supplied the delivery details to my daughter that EVRI gave them and it is in London - one check of google maps will tell them that their courier didn't deliver the parcel to the correct address but somewhere 30 miles away so it's cut and dried. Either EVRI delivered to the wrong place or Simmi addressed the parcel incorrectly !! Either way it's not a police matter and my daughter is the one out of pocket and doing the chasing around - very shoddy

HORRIBLE. I got $40 shoes, they were HUGE on me and when I went to return them they told me I had to pay my own return label which was $80!!!!! How does that even make sense…. Horrible customer service.

Be careful of them. Bought a $80 AUS pair of heels heels and instead they charged my account $1600 Australian $ and I could never get hold of them or get my money back.

My money is gone and no one responds to me.

Do not recommend it to anyone unless you want them take from your bank using your details without your knowledge

Was Skeptical

I first heard of the site through Instagram. A celeb “Gabbalab” is a fashion blogger and she was rocking some cute clear pumps and said Simmi is where she purchased them. At first I was skeptical bcus after I ordered I checked reviews and there were ton of bad reviews. The deleivery took about 3 weeks but I’m in the US & they came from the UK so I really expected 4 weeks. They kept me up to date with all my tracking info and I received my shoes from the US post office on the day that was scheduled. My shoes fit perfect. I wear a 6-6.5 in boys & I ordered a size 8. They fit perfectly and I will order again very soon.

Worst Company Ever!

I bought boots from their website but one day later I received an e-mail with apologies because they didn’t have the stuff i just ordered. And I paid 46,79€ but they refunded me 38,99€. I asked for explanations but i’ve never received them. What a shame..

So disappointing.

First I got the wrong shoes number, no I had to place a new order.

I did it, but never really got it. They gave me that type of explanation that does't really explain anything..

And now, I am waiting more than one month to get my refund back. Every time I send them an email..the answer is all the same. So..I will have to call my bank today to see can see sort it out, because I don't see any other options no more.

And also the shoes are so so uncomfortable !!!!

I do not recommend them to no one !
