Bought these on a deal from Wowcher as a Christmas present. Firstly each bathbomb is smaller than a ping pong ball. They do not fizz or smell when in the bath water and the top 'icing' does not dissolve even after being in the bath for over 30 minutes. Even after squishing it in my hand it just left undissolved lumps in the water. We have tried the 3 different scents in case it was a dodgy batch but it wasn't. Every bathbomb in every scent in every pack was the same. Total waste of money!

I ORDERED BATH BOMBS AS A XMAS PRESENT VIA THE GO GROOPIE SITE. I REDEEMED MY VOUCHER IN PLENTY OF TIME AND RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL STATING MY ORDER WAS ON ITS WAY. I PLACED MY ORDER ON THE 6TH DECEMBER 2015. I HAD NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER BY THE 18TH SO EMAILED AGAIN, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL AGAIN STATING THEY WERE CLOSED FOR XMAS UNTIL 6TH JANUARY 2016 BUT ANY ORDERS PLACED BEFORE THE 18TH DECEMBER HAD BEEN DESPATCHED. MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED, AND HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED. I CONTACTED GO GROOPIE AFTER I HAD SEND SEVERAL EMAILS TO URSHU MYSELF AND NOT HAD A RESPONSE. GO GROOPIE EVENTUALLY GOT A RESPONSE FROM URSHU WHO THEN EMAILED ME, ONLY TO TELL ME THAT THEY HAD NOW SOLD OUT OF THE BATH BOMBS SO GO GET A REFUND FROM GO GROOPIE! JUST LIKE THAT! NO APOLOGY, NOTHING. THEY HAD BLATANTLY LIED ABOUT SENDING MY ORDER OUT IN THE FIRST PLACE AND HAVN'T BEEN ABLE TO ADVISE A DATE OF DESPATCH OR ANYTHING RELATING TO MY ORDER BEING SENT - IT OBVIOUSLY WASN'T IN THE FIRST PLACE. MY BIGGEST REGRET IS NOT READING OTHER CUSTOMERS REVIEWS PRIOR TO PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I CERTAINLY WON'T EVER ORDER WITH THEM AGAIN.

Brought an item from Urshu via Gogroopie over was ago. Item stil not received even though delivery states 14 days. After many emails as no phone number I recieved an email stating they had problems with their couriers due to Xmas and it would be with me in a few days. Still not recieved and rand has been asked for several time from both Urshu and Gogroopie, refund not yet recieved .

So I purchased a wowcher deal and went ahead. I was told to expect my parcel within 5 days. It is now 4 weeks later, still no delivery. I got a response apologising for the delayed and asked when I should expect to receive this. I was outright blanked. Chased them up again and got a crappy response the person was RUDE. And still have not told me when I should expect my item. Worst customer service I've ever received. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!!!

Bought boots through wowcher thought I was getting a bargain but may as well put £20 in the bin for that's where these terrible specimens went ,worst quality I have ever seen pure Rubbish ,wish I would have read reviews on this company before I bought from them AVOID AVOID

Ordered boots through wowcher winter boots i was very shocked quality and fit is awful I wouldn't pay 0.99p for these boots. Awful and delivery took over a month. Do not buy from this company!!!!

I have never seen any company worse than URSHU, I placed an order on 16 December and today is 5th january 2015. I am still waiting for my order emailed customer service twice no reply called their contact number  no one even bother to pick this number, try to contact trading law enforcing agencies to pursue this further. I don't think the company actually comply trading law in the Great Britain.

Like everyone else saw a deal via wowcher, never used wowcher before so thought i would give them a go as they had a good deal on some hotwater bottles and they are something both me and my daughter use regularly. Waited for the deal to end, got my voucher code went to the urshu site and ordered my items. This was on the 23/11/14, thought they would be here in a few days, as they are only coming from Cardiff and using Royal Mail. 12 days later i email them (no phonenumber in existence)tell me to wait 14 working days. mon - fri. Tho as they are using Royal Mail to deliver that should be mon - sat. That time frame ran out today. Emailed them to tell them the order had not arrived and that i didnt need the items anymore and therefore wished to cancel and be refunded. They have emailed me back stating that tomorrow is the last day and to contact them again Friday for a refund, tho they have stated i will need to return the goods before i can be refunded......tho that wont be possible if they have not been delivered. Lucky enough i paid via paypal so will get paypal to chase them up. But by all accounts they are a company that has been set up purely to deal with wowcher and groupon type companies. Wont be using again esp with the bad attitude.

I wouldn't of rate a single star if I had the choice. I thought i had got a bargain buying the boots off wowcher but when they came they were at least 3 sizes too small as wa told to return them and receive a replacement. To cut a very long story short, I'm now left with no boots and £4.90 out of pocket for the return of them which I was told they would reimburse.

They have broken the Trading Standards Law - "goods must be as described and should correspond with any discription applied to them."

They were aware of the size issue as a quick search on Google reports this problem with MANY customers. So therefore BREAKING THE LAW
