One star because I can't leave no star!!

Bought a Rab jacket from this company which turned out to be unsuitable, so returned following all instructions given on their website.

Sent tracked and signed for which they received.

I then contacted them to enquire when my money would be refunded only to be told it " takes 14 days over our Xmas period"

What???

It isn't the Christmas period it is January 5th!

14 days is a ridiculous amount of time to expect someone to wait for a refund.

This company are quick to take your money and claim to make returns simple but don't actually stand by those claims.

AVOID these people and buy from a more professional company .......there are many more out there.

Still waiting for my refund.

Great stock, very knowledgable and friendly staff. Have had great success buying in-store and online.

I found a pair of Berghaus women's trousers on their web site. Being tall I required a long leg and on checking their size chart confirmed that these were 33" leg.

On arrival they were 29" leg, so sent them back and emailed them pointing out the sizing chart in their advert stated that they were long leg.

I received a response saying that they had checked their stock and they were all short leg. He said he would correct the advert and refund the return postage.

A month later and the advert has not been changed and no refund has been issued for the postage, despite an exchange of e-mails. I have now told them not to bother with the refund.

They can't be bothered to alter the advert, hence causing potential problems for others, so can you trust them and would you order from them?
