Please be careful.with this company. They have outsourced the customer service to a foreign country and everyone is very rude and disrespectful

They have taken a bug amount from me as they are refusing to pay even after sending in over ten documents to verify.

This company will take.your .deny and refuse to pay withdraws.

I will file a case with the court, have already notified citizens advice and the police

I know there are a lot of people in my situation, and I think a Class Auction Law Suit against Skybet with be the best course of action to make.sure this company is not allowed to take money again

So I made up a sky bet account then I placed a bet and it won so I tried to withdraw it and it said it would be in my account within 1-4 hours. 14 DAYS LATER they still have suspended my account I have sent all my documents off to then be told EVERY DAY I will have a email within 72 hours! IVE BEEN WAITING 14 DAYS FOR A EMAIL!! Every day I have contacted customer support and they have all misled me and said I will have a email within 72 hours but I haven’t received no emails or anything from the security team or nothing!!!

I want my money that I’m owed I will get it one day!!!

I suggest no one to sign up to Sky because once you win a bet they will suspend you’re account and you won’t get the money you have won because you’re account will be closed absolutely disgraceful this company is!!

While they make a big deal about offering more places than any other bookie, what they don't say is that they don't offer best odds on any of those extra place races, and even if you do find a race that does offer best odds, you won't get them unless you've spent £30 with them the previous week! My experience with other bookies is that they offer best odds, and indeed better odds, without having such stipulations. Still, I'm well up so can't complain too much!

Sky Bet have not paid out on Harry Kane winning the Golden Boot. It is a disgrace by a company that does not value its customers. Please avoid.

nonexistent customer care, service or any comprehensible response, together with a complete lack of due diligence and KYC.

Currently my account is suspended as when I tried to withdraw they asked me in a Roundabout way if I was travelling at present. I honestly answered yes, and my account was immediately suspended with my funds frozen.

This is now dragging on for an unacceptable period of time, with an amount of 6000GBP sitting in my account that I can't access, or withdraw. I really wanted to avoid contacting the complaints department as I was hoping a company of Skybet`s stature would have employees available to assist customers such as myself.

The generic, robotic responses I receive from Livechat offer no clear guidance or assistance. I really want to avoid going down any further routes to try and gain access to the money in my account, which has been won fairly with bets placed on deposits you were happy to accept.

How the gambling commission have allowed SkyBet a licence is beyond me, and reading the further feedback here it amazes me further that this has not been brought to their attention and actions invoked. Similiar court case with William Hill a few years back if anyone wishes to search the background.

Absolute disgraceful behaviour concerning attempted withdrawals. Customers for many years yet tried to withdraw funds and account suspended.

5days later still no return of requested funds. Many e-mails later still requested funds not returnded.

Provided information requeted by skybet-personal details security info etc yet 5 days later no confirmation of withdrawal request.

What are my options dealing with a company who refuse to honour their commitments

This company has made things completely miserable. Too much power all that's bad with this world is found in this company.

I opened an account about 3 months ago. Placed bets, took up the free offers and now I'm restricted! No other reason given other than a trading decision. What utter rubbish. Why was this decision made? What am I suppose to do on a bookies other than place bets! If I'm given an opportunity to be offered a free bet of course I'm going to take it. Please explain what I am ment to do on a bookies other than place bets! Where do I order the pizza or do some online shopping?
