I am giving this review 3 stars because this agency were at least more polite than the average agency is on the phone.

I rang up because I was looking for temp work in London after being made redundant and I had been looking for a permanent job for a while and wanted to temp until something came up. Their website looked very promising for this as it had all kinds of information about temping and testimonials from candidates. So I filled in their online form and submitted my CV.

Two days later I got an email from one of their consultants asking me to phone her. She was actually very pleasant but explained that they were only a small agency, and only do permanent work, not temp work. The website clearly says they do both. I asked if I could register for permanent work instead then, but she said they had enough people on their books at the moment but would keep my CV on file (that old chestnut). I have been taken in by agencies' websites before so should have taken a pinch of salt this time as well.
