This started off a good product. With in 2years they've gone from 5 in a pack to 4 & doubled in price.. a large percentage of the disposable one also increased in price & don't work with no menthol flavour. The 4 in a box don't last more than a hour & the plastic coating peals off in your mouth... On a more serious note, the last 6months I'm short of breath & wheezing..

used to be a good taste. stopped smoking real cigarettes but has got addicted to this product. paying a lot of money but the cartridges last only few puffs

10 Motives used to be really good. However, the quality of their products has gone down. You can expect to pay a lot of money for cheap tat. Customer sevice is awful. They make promises to refund or replace items and never do so purchasing from them is a gamble. They are also quite rude on the phone and have no knowledge of the products they actually sell. I would stay well away as there are much better vape shops around these days who are passionate about what they do, offer great service, good value for money and good poducts. 10 Motives cannot even compete.

Positives:

These made stopping smoking really easy. They taste like a cigarette, they satisfy the cravings, and if you buy them from the Co-op the price is pretty good. Each little atomiser lasts me 24hrs or more (and I puff away pretty frequently - probably more than I would 'real' cigarettes).

Any time I've had contact with the company customer service has been very good.

Negatives:

Quality has been patchy recently. Some atomisers taste strange and don't last so long, making purchase a bit of a gamble.

Overall, I tried the dreadful Boots Puritane brand recently, and it really made me appreciate just how right TenMotives have got it.

Without a doubt, they have reduced the amount of nicotine present in the replaceable filters.

It's starting to get silly now, costs associated with buying these are comparable to real cigarettes.
