Great Service Manchester Store
I recently purchased my first Road bike, a Cube Agree GTC Carbon Bike.
I have never ridden a road bike before so i looked at loads of bike reviews and finally settled on the Cube after visiting the Manchester Cycle Surgery.
I met three different members of staff at the Manchester store and they were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and experienced.
Received some great tips and advice and despite managing to get a flat Tyre on the first ride, I took the bike back and they swapped the tube out straight away FOC and even booked me on their bike maintenance class.
In summary, Cycle Surgery have been extremely helpful in the selection and supply process and I will certainly buy my next bike from them.
A big thanks to John who swapped out my tube today in less time than its taken me to write this feedback.
Great Service from the Manchester store and everyone I have met there has been extremely friendly and helpful.

Abismal Service
A sloppy service in store. Unprofessional staff, poorly trained and lack of technical knowledge. I would avoid a place like this at all costs. 2 bad experiences lead me to this conclusion.
Great Staff, Really Liked The Place
Straight off I'll say that I didn't end up buying anything in the store, only because I couldn't stretch my budget to what was on offer. However I'm leaving a review as the staff in the London Spitalfields store were notably helpful, knowledgeable and keen to find a suitable bike for my boy. I don't normally write reviews of anything on line, but I've had 2 completely opposite shopping experiences today when looking for a bike and feel compelled to remark how much better Cycle Surgery seem from the competition. I'll definitely be going back there for another look...

A New Sports Chain Popping Up All Over The Place
I had a Giant bicycle which I took into my local bike shop for repair.
I had a callback to tell me that the bike was broken and that the type of damage - a cracked frame - was something that the manufacturer should honour under the warranty.
Thus I wanted to find the nearest Giant retailer I could tug the remains of my bike to and in the process came across the cycle surgery.
It's this new chain of stores that offer cycle and running advice that I had not really had a need to visit.
The décor and range of stuff inside is really nice and more importantly in my case, the staff were interested to help and were a great go between me and the manufacturer. (I had had fears that the mfr may shy away from liability).
The process took a little long because the shop had some paper work to file with Giant but they kept me informed along the way.
I can't say anything about the price of stuff there given the repair was free but I will most likely go here from now onwards.
