Viking Direct Stationery

I have dealt with Viking direct for many years, and never ever have had to complain. They give first class service and their delivery service is very quick.

They printing card is excellent value and you can obtain it in many colours also they do offer from time to time items at reduced prices.

I found a printer in there what was 40 quid cheaper than on Amazoon so am giving it a big thumbs up. Thanks

Viking Direct LIE about their products.

Ordered a Wii Fit Plus with Njoy board as I had heard good report for this board. However I received a Crown board and could not find any feedback about this. Contacted them and they said they do not have Njoy board and it was a mistake on their website. To their credit, they did offer to refund if I returned the board

HOWEVER, 2 MONTHS LATER, MISTAKE NOT CORRECTED.... so is this misleading mistake done on purpose as we near Christmas people are going to go for a good product and receive unknown product with little opportunity to exchange in time.

They lie about stock levels. Told me my order was dispatched before they got item in stock. Then lied again saying it was in stock on the thursday I rang and being delivered fri or mon. Called up on Monday after no delivery and they said had not even got the stock thursday. AVOID!

Ordered business cards. They were very quick to take my money, but never printed or delivered my cards. They kept telling me to wait another few days due to postal strikes, eventually they finally admitted they hadn't even printed or posted them. I am no waiting for a refund and going to order with a different company. Completely unhelpful.

I used Viking Direct Stationery in the past and found them cheap for small office users with no buying power if buying most popular stuff and stuff advertised on the cover. For most other items I found them quite pricey..like Staples too. We also use Lyreco and Quickfold Business Solutions who are both very cheap.

I have been using Viking stationery for about 5 months now. They offer an excellent service and good price's. They should open shops and attract consumers directly I don't think it's a well known name among general public.

I've used Viking since around 1994 and have bought a lot of stuff over the years from stationary to equipment.
