Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1

I bought a 7 inch Samsung Galaxy tablet for my wife as it offered a lot of fun and usefulness in a handbag sized package. I was initially so impressed that I bought myself a 10 inch one a few days later. Great fun devices good graphics excellent features an running Ice Cream Sandwich with the promise of a Jelly bean upgrade it looked like an I pod Basher. However the fun stopped when I foolishly downloaded and installed the Kies Software supposedly to enable me to synch media and files from my pc. The Kies Software removed all my usb settings and re installed them in a non functional way I couldn`t even plug in a usb stick and copy files off it. It then proceeded to install a second set of non functional usb root hubs and I had , having waited 5 days for the promised 48 hour service call to come, to re-install windows 7 to cure the problem. I have now reinstalled windows 7 and the service pack 7 times and downloaded hours of updates and after a fruitless week I am returning the two Galaxy tabs to Samsung. What a bunch of nitwits. I am on the point of buying a new TV and hd streaming recorder and guess which company won`t be getting my business.
