Horrendous experience lasting the best part of a year. I had a leak in my roof that was coming through my daughter's bedroom ceiling, went with a local company, they came out to give a quote, said £360 for cash or £420 if I paid by card due to the costs they incur etc etc, went with cash as I was on a tight budget, they promised a receipt would be put through the door a couple of days later. Still to this day I have not received a receipt or breakdown of what they did despite me constantly asking.

I have called them out to actually do what I paid them to do and FIX my roof 5 times over the past year and each time they have failed miserably so that 2 nights ago my ceiling collapsed at 2am, it is going to cost me a fortune to fix this and I will be seeking compensation through the small claims court.

They now constantly ignore me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, cash in hand, no receipt, bad workmanship, you have been warned.
