I called to book someone to come out and change the seal on my washing machine. They sent a guy who had never done it before, had no idea what to do, and no clue where to start. THEY WASTED MY ENTIRE DAY as I had to sit home waiting and it took a week to book the appointment. I was very clear when booking that this was for changing the seal on a washing machine. Why on earth they sent a guy who had never changed a seal before is beyond me but they just want to get your money and don't care about being able to actually do the job. I ended up having to ask him to leave because he didn't even want to try to figure out what to to. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE PEOPLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH HANDYSQUAD.
