I took a Level 3 Personal Training Diploma, if you order the Quality Licence Scheme Certificate they charge a extra £17.50 for this. I got my certificate from the Quality Licence Scheme but it was missing the wording Level 3 on the Certificate. The Centre of Excellence told me they don't set the wording it's set by Quality Licence Scheme. So I contacted the Quality Licence Scheme myself to find out why and this is what they said.

As the course belongs to the Centre of Excellence you need to ask them this question. We only put on the certificate what they requested.

So as you can clearly see from the email I got direct from the Quality Licence Scheme it was the fault of the Centre of Excellence that my certificate came without the Level 3 wording on it. If I was you I would use BSY, Stonebridge, One Education who all put the Level on the Quality Licence Scheme Certificate.

I was also contacted by a women who asked the Centre of Excellence about what would be printed on the QLS certificate and the reply was as follows.

The Centre of Excellence certificates do not display the level of the course. However, should you decide to order the Quality Licence Scheme certificate for that particular course, the title on the certificate would appear as:

Proofreading & Editing Diploma Course Level 3

So as you can see they decide if to bother adding the Level to the Certificate. They just decided not to add it to mine for some strange reason. Anyway as I said before there are better colleges out there that will issue correct certificates. So please shop around and do not use the CEO as you will be wasting your hard earn money and time. Also they don't even admit there mistakes I do not think that makes it a caring college like other providers. Read the review and I leave it up to you to decide but I can tell you a certificate without the level means nothing to anyone.

Oh yes one FINAL PART I did ask at the start of the course what the wording would be and I got a reply saying this.
