Renewal A Nightmare If Not Tech Savvy

Had a years cover no issue or claims, but come to renew, nightmare, no help, no renewal price, sent me a letter saying renewal due but no price, mailed them no help, wanted us to log in and so complicated, not everyone is Tech savvy, no allowance for the elderly . so unable to renew my insurance all for the sake of a letter telling me how much they wanted for this year.

No Help At All When You Need To Make A Claim

My wife was taken ill and admitted to hospital in Brisbane, Australia where she remained for 7 days with severe food poisoning. I phoned the Emergency Helpline provided by the insurers 18 times whilst my wife was in the Emergency Dept - they didn't even answer the phone! We ended up stranded in Brisbane for 10 days - GoodtoGoInsurance provided no help whatsoever. I ended up extending my hotel stay and getting new flights home at our own expense - I even had to talk to the Hospital direct to find out the position on payment of medical fees. When we finally got home my complaint was met with a string of excuses and the statement that they were 'too busy to help'. The additional stress they caused by ignoring e-mails and phone calls, and on the rare occasion they did speak to me getting their facts wrong, was incalculable in an already very stressful situation. This company is absolutely useless when you need help. I have now taken them to the Ombudsman and reported them to the Financial Conduct Authority.

Dont Go There !!!!!

WE HAD TO CANCEL A VERY EXPENSIVE HOLIDAY DUE TO MY PARTNER BEING FAST TRACKED FOR CANCER TESTS !!

LUCKILY HE WAS FREE OF CANCER BUT HAD DIVERTICULITIS , UNFORTUNATELY HE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH THIS IN 2004 ,BUT HAD NOT TOLD GOOD TO GO ,

HOWEVER ONE DAY AFTER OUR CLAIM WE RECEIVED AN E MAIL FROM URV. ( GOOD TO GO. ) SAYING THAT WE WOULD GET A PAYMENT OF £2300 , WITHIN 5 MINUTES WE RECEIVED ANOTHER E MAIL SAYING THAT WE WOULD GET NOTHING !!

WHEN I LOOKED AT THE FIRST EMAIL AGAIN IT WAS FOR SOMEONE ELSE .

I RANG THEM AND WAS TOLD THAT BECAUSE WE BOOKED AS A COUPLE NEITHER WOULD I GET ANYTHING

SO ,HERE IS THE FIRST WARNING ,

DO NOT BOOK AS A COUPLE !!!!

I ALSO TOLD THEM ABOUT THE MIX UP WITH THE E MAILS AND AFTER. ANOTHER PHONE CALL THEY OFFERED ME £30 IN HIGH STREET VOUCHERS ,WHAT AN INSULT !!!

THE MIX UP WITH THE E MAILS SHOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED , I WILL BE TAKING MY CASE TO THE OMBUDSMAN !!!

Worst Customer Care Ever, Only Interested In Taking Your Mon

Been insured by this company 2 years now, never thought I'd have a problem UNTIL I NEEDED TO CLAIM. I was abandoned by Ryanair during French air strike March 2o16, got text message to say flight cancelled, tried to rebook, site was down, no email of helo or any details of what to do, we travelled to airport to be given a piece of paper with complaints dept address on, we had to pay our own hotel/flight/transfers/food/ for next 2 days, once home, contacted Ryanair with no joy, contacted a solicitor, who advised I claim from travel insurance company. So I rang goodtogoinsurance.. Apparently I cannot claim as Ryanair only informed me via text, they are not interested what stress I was under or the costs I've incurred, they've got my ££ for the next years insurance cover.. Spoken to has had sympathy and payments from their insurance company, all I've had is rejection. My advice-DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM THIS

COMANY, God forbid if anything happens to me medically wise I don't think they'll pay out, not good seeing as I'm going away abroad again in 8 weeks .. Maybe I should look for further cover from another company..

The Price Of Cover

It is disscusting the price goodtogo quote for cover if you have had cancer, I got same cover else where for half the price,

Good too can keep their insurance cover.

Do Not Travel With This Useless Cover

I've been using goodtogoinsurance for the past 5 years, I choose this policy as I have an health condition and liked the cover they offered, I returned from a cruise last month, The cruise line lost my luggage, I had all the relevant lost property paperwork from the holiday company, I made a claim on my holiday insurance, Then to be told, My leather holdall, Leather belt is excluded under my terms and condition regarding leather goods, My watch and kindle reader wont be covered under the valuable items policy in the terms and condition, And as my luggage was not in my person when lost, The rest of my luggage wont be covered, I paid £60 for useless insurance, I've been a loyal customer with goodtogoinsurance, My luggage was lost with no fault of my own, I will never ever use this company again, I'm going to spread this all over the net so other people with health conditions are aware of the expensive useless cover.
