Hotpoint WF840 Ultima

I have had this unit since June 2006 so just over 5 years now, it has never skipped a beat and has been as reliable as a BMW. Living in northen England the soft water has helped, but it has served a family of 5 very well. We bought the matching tumble dryer off Ebay last year second hand, we immediatly had to replace the heater core but apart from that it also runs perfectly.

There seems to be alot of doubt about the reliabilty of Hotpoint. All my appliances are Hotpoint and so far have all worked without any major issues, the only problem I am having is the AL99 code on the dishwasher but I can live with with that as it still works perfectly.
