Do Not Buy Logic Washing Machine.
Bought December 2023, Logic washing machine from Currys, did not use until January as in hospital.Second time of useing drum clean light flashing ,did drum clean light still flashing, noticed after hot wash machine did not spin, called currys repair, told drum not balanced, pack drum full should work fine, tried that still would not balance, have now found have to stop program after hot wash and sort clothing but still will not balance, normal wash now takes four hours by the time i keep sorting the load, when it does spin it only spins about 400 rpm so washing very wet should be 1400 rpm, Trying to contact Currys a waste of time two hours on phone. Do NOT buy.

Lasted Three Weeks
Do not waste money on this product, three weeks of normal use and drum stopped turning, took about ten days for engineer to come out, turns out drum pulley fell off, total scrap was told, can't get parts for them either, luckily got refund as less than 28 days owned. What about 12 month guarantee ?

Don't Buy ! - First Time Writing A Review About Something
I bought this machine online at the start of January 2015 , it then broke on the 22nd of February but as soon as I got the machine the spin wasn't right. An error then appeared e62 , I phoned currys to report this , engineer then didn't come out until 3rd of March , told me it was the motor in the machine that was gone & that the machine was probably not right from the start ???? I never heard anything from the engineer so I called on the 15th of March so get an update , they then told me I refused a repair which is a complete lie!!! They then told me the part was out of stock so they said they would call me which they never , then called I called on the 20th of March for them to tell me the part was still not ordered as I refused a repair !! Liars! So now I am having to wait until they order the part out and then come to repair after a full month without a washing machine - DO NOT BUY!!!

Logik Washing Machine L612wm12 - Don't Buy This!
In June I purchased a Logik (L612WM12) washing machine from Curry's. Within a few weeks the machine was taking a long time to complete cycles and really laboured on spin cycle. I requested a service call out - contacting Curry's is a saga in itself - and once you get through the automated call system you are then told that all of it's call staff are busy!
Anyway after a long time on the phone I managed to arrange for an engineer to look at the washer. Before the repair guy crossed my doorstep he told me there was nothing wrong with the appliance; that the company got called out to these Japanese machines all the time and that the reason it took a long time to complete wash cycles was due to an unbalanced load within the machine and that I could expect a load to take 2-3 hours to complete. This when I was using the 30 minute quick wash!!
I told the guy that I didn't overload the washer and that most of my washes were half loads - he told me the machine didn't have a half load switch and so couldn't cope with half loads - he again said this caused the washing in the machine to become unbalanced and therefore the wash cycles were extended.
I wasn't happy with what I heard and wrote to Curry's to complain. Two months later a guy from Curry's phoned to ask if anyone had replied to my query - I said I'd had no reply and explained to him the problem - he arranged for another engineer to visit to give me a second opinion.
The service company then rang me to say they had been to my house once before and that there was nothing wrong with my washer - they said if they came out they would charge me for the call out. I told them the washer was 6 months old and still under guarantee and that it was Curry's who suggested I get a second opinion on the problem. They said that didn't matter and that in their view the cause of the problem was an unbalanced load within the washer - did I still want an engineer to visit. As they had already made their mind up I told them not to bother.
The next day at 7.30am I was woken by a guy knocking at the door saying he'd come to look at my washer. He said there would be no call out charge and again told me there was nothing wrong with the machine. He came in had a look at the washer set a spin and fill and drain and said it was the design of the machine and if the machine had a half load switch that would solve the problem of unbalanced loads.
I again contacted Curry's and their Know how people said that the machine is working within specification. Not really sure how a washing machine that can't handle a half load and takes over two hours to complete a 30 minute cycle can be working within spec! The Know how people suggest I add towels to my half loads - this supposedly to balance out the load. I have tried this - it makes no difference.
This washing machine is a total piece of rubbish. Don't waste your money on this.
Wish i had seen this review before i bought this logic machine in December 2023 i have all the same problems,Repair guy coming again tomorrow expect he will again tell me to load machine to full in order for it to balance, have tried that does not work, last wash i did took nearly 4 hours having to keep turning off and sorting items. bought machine to use delay wash so i could use over night for cheaper electric am afraid to do that as the machine will still be trying to balance the next day.
There was a batch of machines with the wrong pcb`s fitted that were supposed to go to mainland Europe where they use 60hz instead of 50 hz and the chip was getting a backfeed that causes the pcb to be extra sensitive to the load size/out of balance circuit within the pcb that`s why! And they were not Japanese: Chinese badged Haiers.
There Chinese badged -up Haiers not Japanese! The spin problems were caused by a batch of pcb`s that were supposed to be shipped for use in Euope and not the UK whereas we use 50hz they use 60 hz and the pcb`s were getting a back fead within the pcb`s which affected the out of balance pcb load circuit. No one knew this at the time!

Drum Bearing Failure At Just Out Of Warranty
I am a normal user with three children. I have had washing machines that have been reliable for years. This Logik pile of garbage is knackered after only just over a year. Never buy one of these they are cheap rubbish
