Terrible Service
So its the 09/11 and our phones stopped working on the 30/10. Nobody at Bonline can resolve this. No income calls, not outgoing calls. 7 telephone lines and none of them work. During my complaint call today I was told to leave a review online... Here it is! Avoid at all costs. Account Number 256305

Worst Ever Webdesign And Hosting
This company did not deliver the site was badly designed and not up to the standard I would have expected from a web builder and host, many mistakes on the web design with very long waits to get things fix for most part fixes did not work or totally forgot about!
The only thing they did get in touch very quickly was to get their payment which they have henchmen tactics avoid this company at all costs for it will cost you in customers and money

This company has the worst automated systems. Disconnect you when they feel like it with no regards to the effect it has on your business.
When I signed up I was left with super slow internet for a whole month (less 2mbps) because they didn't list to my instructions ( i had 2 lines and wanted them to take them over 1 by one to avoid any dead time or slow internet issues)
After a month of complaining and being ignored, it turned it was all due to a faulty modem (something I told them because there was no issue with the old provider)
Now they renewed my contract for 2 years without telling me and are refusing the release me. They then suspended my line after continually making mistakes in their own billing.

I’ve just been badly treated by this company or how do you call it when you pay for a service, in my case, a web design, paid the upfront and after a month when supposed to be ready, you pay the rest of the amount and surprise: no access to website and nothing done! After stress and long hours on the phone asking for news, I finally realize that is no point to wait and ask for my money back. In the end if you pay for a service and is not delivered in time (1 month) and after 2 months you ask your money back, I think is common sense to have a refund. Surprise again! Today they contacted me and said that I will not have any money back as the payment done is no refundable. My story started in November; on 4th of December the website supposed to be ready, January I’ve asked for my money back because they failed to offer the service that I paid for; 27th of February they said that the payment done is No refundable. Thank you, bOnline Ltd for all the stress, unprofessionalism and waist of time!

I am a very small business I make a living not a fortune and wanted to grow further afield and I knew that my website was in need of an upgrade so thought i would investigate an article on Facebook for websites which is where B Online comes into the picture. Yes the sales man was good at what he thought i would be getting and encouraged me to pay the extra (as i was so green) and this would be me covered with help at the end of a call. so i paid my money and awaited further instructions i was contacted by a designer who was going to get me set up and he delivered a proof which was aN EXACT copy of my original website and then proceeded to tell me i needed to provide all the detail? In my line of business (which is Curtain making and interiors) If I asked my customer how to make a pair of curtains I know what would happen they would immediately say "this person doesn't know what they're doing sorry I want my money back" which is what I said. That was on the 5th July 2017 had several promises of receiving but not happened to date. I get contacted now and again to say it is being dealt with but nothing comes of it. I have now decided I'm going to the small claims court to retrieve this as I've had enough it absolutely ridiculous. Don't put your self through this frustrating experience PLeeeeease

Worst company Ever. I will not recommend anyone going with bonline.
I ordered my connection , First place they take down date of movement wrong. Then Multiple calls , difficult to reach customer service and calls get drop for no reason and no call back. Then I managed to update them. week later , they only took land line from my old provider and not broadband. Multiple calls managed to update that as we.. and then on the day of connection , only phone like transferred and not broadband. Try to call multiple times to cancellation department and no way to reach them. and provisioning team saying first we take phone line then provide broadband and it can take up to 20 days. My old broadband connection is went offline in 3 days and bonline is no way near providing connection. And my business is offline. Their executive is saying since we are not having service with them they are not accountable for any issues. Worst customer service ever .. And they are showing 9.2 out of 10 review rating on there site. I cant believe no one else having issues.
It's a shame when companies like this only respond to reviews. I had a similar experience leaving me speeds of 0.12mbps for nearly a month. I only got a call back from the cancellation department (i say department loosely, its just one person. If she's not in the whole department is shut).
I don't think these guys realise the impact loss of internet and phones causes businesses.
After seeing my review , Bonline called me for apology and try to help me.There was nothing much they can do but they offer to pay for mobile internet dongle to get me going. I appreciate a gesture of help . My Original review is still as is.
