We had a fantastic looking family trip organised but unfortunately have had to cancel short notice due to our sons health. I sometimes think you find out more about how a company works when things don't go to plan-Tourdust have made the whole process straight forward and could not have been more helpful or accommodating. We look forward to rebooking as soon as possible.

We did a 6 day trip- 3 day guided walking in the Atlas Mountains and 3 days in Marrakech.

We were met at the airport and driven to the guesthouse in the Altas mountains- arrived late evening because we on a late flight and were presented with lovely food at the guesthouse.

We did a 3 day guided trek in the mountains with a guide, a cook and a muleteer- 3 lovely local men who were great company and really showed us how people live in the mountain villages. Accommodation was very basic but clean and what amazing food they prepared for us.

After trek, we had 3 days in Marrakech- picked up from guesthouse and taken to central Marrakech which was manic, noisy, busy, an assault on the senses and completely wonderful. Staff from the Riad (hotel) were waiting for us as the taxi pulled up and took our bags and led us through the narrow streets to the Riad. Riad was an oasis of calm in the middle of Marrakech. Great information and help from the Riad staff helped us have a great time in Marrakech.

So we loved the mountains and Marrakech- hugely different, but great combination for a holiday.

We booked our own flights and Tourdust organised everything else perfectly. All accommodation, transfer, people met, information, communication were spot on.

I have just returned from the holiday of a lifetime – trekking around the Toubkal range in the Atlas Mountains and then a 3-day stay in the exotic city of Marrakech. I cannot honestly praise Tourdust enough - The help we received in their office in planning our 'bespoken' itinerary before we even left was fantastic. She was on hand to advise and inform us about what to expect. The whole holiday from start to finish was very well organised; clear information was available to us and we didn’t have to worry over anything. In terms of value for money the cost of the 11-day holiday was excellent and I cannot genuinely think of another holiday that has left the memories that this one produced.

The hotel accommodation in Imlil and the mountains was clean and comfortable with excellent locally cooked meals and a constant supply of mint tea. The local guide, cook and muleteer who accompanied us on our adventure were the best companions one could have for someone unfamiliar to ‘proper mountains’. The pace of the trek was carefully planned by the guide to take account of our fitness and the challenges that lay ahead. Brilliant scenery and little villages with the most gentlest and friendly of local people - the Berber people and their customs are absolutely lovely! The elation of getting to the summit was amazing.

Our stay in Marrakech at the Dar Hanane was amazing – the riad itself is like an oasis in the centre of the beautiful chaos that westerner’s experience. Beautiful, sumptuous accommodation – cannot praise it enough. Lovely lovely staff as well. The sounds and sights of Marrakech – the Souks, the culture, food, snake charmers, storks and history – were all a perfect end to a perfect holiday. I would actively encourage anyone who likes an adventure to book with Tourdust – perfect!

We started our 3 day trek in the atlas mountains from Imlil on the 20th january 2013. Our Guide Ibrahim Aztat and our muleteer Samir were absolutely brilliant over the whole trek and really look after us. The trek was amazing and the food was first rate with great locations set out each lunchtime. Ibrahim knew the exact pace to go with our level of fitness and was a great guide giving info when required. We really enjoyed ourselves and had a good laugh with Ibrahim and Samir. We would like to thank them both again and will really reccommend them to our family and friends.

Tourdust also looked after our transport with our driver Mustapha, who was always there on time and we had a good time travelling from Marrakech to the atlas mountains, and to Essouira on the coast. Our Riads Dar Hanane and Casa Lila were top class and were perfect for our stay. Overall the ten days in Morrocco with the staff of tourdust and the great staff at both Riads could not have been better. Lorraine and Stephen

An experience of a life time! The Atlas Mountains proved to be much more than we expected, not only were we treated with beautiful scenery, but also with a challenging hike.

Day one was an easy hike, with beautiful views of the valley and Berber villages, but looking up to the mountains we realized that day two was going to be quite a different story. To say day two requires “ a moderate level of fitness” will be understated. Day two is extremely steep and high, but what a reward to get to the top and see Jbel Toubkal in the distance! The last day starts out rather steep, but knowing you’re on your way to the top keeps the motivation high. Little did we realize that the way down was the real challenge for the day – Imlil is a long way from Toubkal Refuge. But all in all the hike was the highlight of our tour of Morocco.

Adding to our great experience was our excellent guide – Ilyas Baayay. He was very considerate and mindful to our group of five women of varying ages and fitness. He paced us in such a way that all of us were able to summit Jbel Toubkal and stayed in good spirits even when our descent took much longer than usual. Ilyas also had a great knowledge of his country’s history, general politics and local traditions which he eagerly shared it with us.

All in all I would like to thank Tourdust for a well organized trip with extremely capable personnel.

Three 50+ year olds had a fab time on the Croatian Island Hopping Holiday in June 2012. The trip was extremely well organised, but we didn't feel as if we were being over regimented. The kayaks were well maintained and we had the option of singles or doubles. The kayaking was challenging, due to unusually high winds, but was manageable if not a little tiring. We paddled between 12 and 19km/day. On a very windy day, the water activities had to be cancelled, but they were replaced with an equally challenging and enjoyable hike. We had the services of the guide for an extra day at the end of the week, which should have been a free day, this was an unexpected bonus to compensate for the missed day at sea. The accommodation was basic but adequate, our room on Lopud didn't have air-conditioning, which was fine in June, but may be uncomfortable in August. Other rooms in Lopud did have aircon. The food was plentiful, very fresh and lovely.

We are already planing our next holiday through Tourdust.

Our guide Abdul was excellant taking us through this great adventure in 3 days walking up for 5 hours on first day, culminating in 9 hr trek on third day which included 5 hour hike to summit and back to refuge. the food prepared by Rashid was amazing considering where we were with one meal served at the top of a mountain pass. All in all outstanding performance by Tourdust exactly what we wanted and delivered excellantly from start to finish. Well done, i will certainly use you again!

We missed our outbound flights and had to transfer to another later flight. Tourdust in the UK and Mohammed in Marrakesh did not miss a beat. They picked us up and transported us without any issue despite the problem being of our making. Every connection was on time. They chose a great Riad for us. Our tour guide (Ibrahim) and cook (Mohammed) kept us informed, inspired and laughing despite the tough walking.

We never felt unsafe or uncertain. We were left to focus on the tough physical challenge of climbing gruelling peaks in very warm tempretures.

You need to be reasonably fit and focussed to do this challenge. The accomodation is basic but functional and clean.

Tourdust had clearly thought this whole trip through and they have really great contacts locally. Initially we were a bit unsure as they are not one of the majors, but if you have any doubts about this, ignore them. We have been with the majors and they probably better - they certainly paid attention to every detail.

Brilliant in every respect.

Ben and Anna really know their stuff when it comes to Morocco and they answered all of our queries to do with our forthcoming trip out there - nothing was too much trouble. We loved the personal, friendly and expert service that we received, especially in a world of call centres and 'computer says no' type people and businesses! They are really good value too, especially considering the level of service received.

Our 3 day Atlas valleys trek was an amazing experience and one that we will remember forever - the scenery is just breathtaking with red, green and grey rock hills and mountains, cherry blossom and iris flora in the valleys, snow capped mountains against azure blue cloudless skies, stunning waterfalls and wonderful little villages dotted along the way with the most friendly and accommodating of locals to greet you. Our guide, Ilyas, was a brilliant guide too and really added to the fun and enjoyment of the trek.

The whole trip was organised brilliantly with plenty of useful and timely advice and communication from Tourdust prior to the trip and then a seamless transition from the airport to the mountains and then on to Essaouira for the next part of our holiday.

Overall, if you are looking for someone to organise all - or part - of your trip to Morocco, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tourdust!"
