We were travelling with a 2 month old baby and we were waiting 40 minutes for the airline to bring out the buggies and car seats from the aircraft for us to collect in arrivals. One of the party travelling with us went to the transfer desk to advise the agent at the desk that we were held up by our luggage and we were travelling with a tiny baby so we couldn't miss our transfer- they advised no problem.

When we finally collected our luggage, we arrived at the parking bay to find the bus had already departed! It does say on the transfer voucher that passengers can wait up to an hour for the transfer and we had advised the agent at the desk of our issues with the luggage and waiting for it. When we went back, their attitude was DISGUSTING. The lady on the desk was physically stood up and shouting at me to the point that her male colleague asked her to calm down as I couldn't even have the chance to explain my situation- they didn't care to help me and we had to pay for a taxi in the end even though they could see the genuine situation.

I work as a sales agent for a leading UK holiday company and book multiple transfers every single day through their agents and as a company we generate a huge amount of revenue for them also- but if this is the experience that I receive, I won't be booking myself or any of my clients with you ever again as I cannot recommend this kind of service to my customers staying in Portugal if travelling with Besttransfers4U.

I would like someone in management to forward the complaint to Besttransfers4U against the lady on the desk that evening of the Friday 15th September- she spoke to me in such a horrific tone and other guests at the desk were also astounded. I didn't retaliate or speak in such a manner which would have instigated this response from the member of staff. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I was very disappointed with the service provided by this company. I confirmed my booking on line 24 hours in advance as requested. My pick up time was 4.30am and I was advised to be there ato 4.20am. At 4.45 there was still no sign of the driver. I phoned the emergency numberand was asked if I had confirmed my booking and was left on hold and eventually told it would be another 15 mins before the driver would arrive. When he arrived he was very apologetic and I firmly believe he was not at fault. He had to speed to get us to the airport to catch our flight on time.

Also, on our arrival in Portugal we had to wait a long time for our transfer and nobody seemed to know what was going on. I would recommend using the taxi service instead.

Used BestTransfers4U recently from Faro to Armacao de Pera and return. Booked private transfer but other options were available. Smart, friendly, helpful drivers both times. Even turned up early to take us back to Faro to come home. Help with suitcases and local info. Clean vehicles. Prices very good. Paperwork gave clear instructions (had booked through tour operator at time of booing flights and accomodation)and didn't even have to confirm times to pick up for return they calculated it all for you and left plenty of time to allow for any hold ups. Would definitely recommend and use again.
