We were greeted at Palma airport, he had waited patiently whilst our luggage took an extremely long time to come through, he took us to our hotel and then returned a short while later as my husband had left a bag in the back of the car. Excellent service, would definitely recommend to others

We cannot fault our pickup from Malaga Airport to Nerja on 11th June. The driver was on time, courteous and a safe driver. A week later our experience was completely different.

Our transfer back to Malaga Airport was booked for 3am, an unsociable time but was nevertheless accepted by Solhop. However, our booking was suddenly cancelled by Solhop at very short notice giving us just a few hours to arrange another transfer with another taxi company. This was despite a number of texts between Solhop and ourselves during the day reassuring us that our transfer would be going ahead and they would give us the driver’s phone number asap.

Solhop did not care that they left us in the lurch and worrying about finding another company that would take us to the airport for our scheduled flight. They are not only unreliable but discourteous - a phone call to cancel rather than a text would have been more acceptable.

We will never use Solhop again and would advise any other visitors to Nerja to take heed of our comments before booking Solhop.

the transfer from Alcudia to the Palma Airport went very well.

The driver was very punctual, polite and helpful. The vehicle was also to my satisfaction.

We found this company by a quick Google search, the website was quick and easy to navigate so top marks there. We had made a slight error on the booking date which was quickly resolved by the very efficient staff who were extremely quick to email us to confirm details.

Subsequently on arrival to the El Prat airport the driver was waiting with a sign and my name was clear and driver was extremely courteous. The ride was smooth in a nice Mercedes and the conversation very entertaining along the way.

We left the driver a €10 tip and to our absolute surprise, we were called the next day by the hotel to say the driver had called in to provide the tip back and an apology as he thought he had overcharged us!

I don't think I've ever experienced that before and was absolutely surprised, overall a 5 star company.

I would like to say thank you for your amazing service .. taking us from the airport to our hotel and also taking us back to the airport this morning at such short notice ... both your drivers were great, cars great, service impeccable ... thank you so much .. I will defiantly be using you again in September. Many thanks once again

It was so nice to be met after a long day of travel by a friendly face. Our driver was on time, very nice and very helpful. He gave us the lay of the land, answered our questions, and gave some history of his beautiful city. Thank you do much. I would recommend to anyone. 

Driver was there at the airportr hold a clear notice - easy to find him. He was really pleasant, courteous & helpful, and carried both ladies carry on luggage to the car.

The vehicle was clean and immaculate and nice & warm on such a cold evening.

Definitely would recommend your service and use you again if needed. We were very impressed.
