Driver was 35 minutes late, jeapordizing our check-in. He obviously had NO idea how to navigate in Mechelen & would have driven down Batteksesteenweg if I hadn’t known the route. His mistake could have cost thousands of € if we missed our flights. I don’t think I will use this service again!

I recently used T2A when traveling to Hasselt, outside of Brussels. As I had some luggage, and was not familiar with the train system, I pre booked this service. On arrival, I was traveling by myself, and did not feel unsafe, as a single female. The pickup at BRU was seamless, as was the return to BRU (had the same driver both ways). The driver was punctual and courteous, and there was no confusion about pickup locations or times. While this was significantly more expensive than the train, it was convenient and easy. I would use this service again and would recommend to others.

I required a complicated pick up and drop off transfer and needed to reserve while out of my home country: I first emailed someone from the web site, received a prompt response with a quote. I had more questions, prompt answers continued which lead to an online credit card booking with confidence. I was very happy to see our van and professional driver waiting for us at the designated time. On the return portion we had a very tight transfer, a little nervous I called the emergency number 10 minutes prior to pick up: The dispatcher answered in English, told me my van should be arriving momentarily. He was correct! Excellent - fantastic - I highly recommend this service.

We booked with them in Madrid. It was easy to find the driver at the airport, he spoke English well. The vehicle clean and we felt safe on the way to our hotel. Would use again.

I've booked with them several times, first in Prague in May for a Group, after that in Brussels for a Group again in June, and they managed my solo transfers also across Europe.
