I’ve purchased several of these purses over the years and disappointed with the last two I have bought. The linings are very loose and the zipper gets stuck in the fabric all the time. Today I was at a store and I could not open my purse to get out my walker because the fabric was stuck in the zipper. After about 20 minutes and several people helping I got it open enough to get my wallet out. When I got home I got it unstuck but not without a hole in the liner. Very aggravating as I just bought this one week ago. Don’t think I will purchase any more.

I bought my purse on 6-23-23 and the handles started coming about very soon after, the stripping on the edge of straps is coming off and now the straps are coming unStitched .

I purchased a Rosetti purse from JC Penny about a month ago. It has already fell apart on me! I have purchased them before and loved them! But no more! Tried to take it back, but only wanted to give me like $10 back. It was a $49.95 purse! Never again and will tell all my friends about this. I take care of my things so they last. But for that price and falling about after about 1 month, no thanks!

I bought Rosetti Swept Away Double Handle bag. Rosetti products are my favorites because they last too long! This has two strong straps that will last a long time! I stuff my purses with items to put to the test, so I can really put a product to the test. This is stunning and fashionable! It has a lot of storage space, and the middle zip section is fantastic! It's both realistic and adorable! The price is unbeatable! It was delivered easily!

This purse appeals to me greatly. It is comfortable on my shoulder and has plenty of space for anything. I like it for compartments and pockets for my phone. Handbags are my favourite.

Bought a Rosetti purse at Kohl's last year for my mom that was from my dad. Looked great! Plenty of room, spacious and pockets besides. She finally switched over to this purse a few months ago and the side large pocket totally ripped out shortly after of switching it over. The only good thing she liked about it was the space it had and pockets for everything that was needed quickly. She also mentioned that it kept 'loosing' items. Which as we found out it was because the inside liners also ripped so they slid down. Thank goodness the bottom was still intact since it could have been a bad situation of loosing her checkbook and or her wallet. Who knows what else could have been lost with cheaply made purse. I wish I would have known beforehand this purse would not meet expectations of a purse. I mean I know they dont last forever but figured at least a year.

I would definitely not recommend this brand.

I purchased a handbag for my friend and it is of excellent quality. Price is affordable. Service is fast. The bag is big and has a side pocket which has a huge hole.I am using it since 1 year and it is in good condition. Recommended to friends.

I purchased a black leather bag from Rosetti. It was priced at $81.00. It was large and with a lot of compartments so I thought it was perfect for me. Within 2 months, the handles were ripping the leather. I don’t know if this is a design flaw or manufacturing error, but the handles were not secured in any way, just simply under the leather. I’m a 60 something woman who has been carrying handbags for many years. Always the same things in them. Most of my favorite bags are still usable and in my closet some of them over 30 years old. Since there is no company to get in touch with and no customer service number, it’s obvious they don’t care about the lack of quality with their products. Don’t waste your money on any bags from this company. I will never purchase another Rosetti product again. Actually not even worth the one star but no option to give none.

My son purchased a purse for me for my birthday in January 2017. I noticed by October 2017 the handles were ripping away from the bag. I wrote to the company on October 19, 2017 to describe what was happening to my 10-month-old purse. I received a response from them on March 8, 2018, "generously" offering to replace my bag "within one year of purchase date." I loved the purse, and would have chalked it up to a defective product, but with this kind of customer service, I believe it must not be a good product and they aren't interested in actually providing customer service. I would never buy another product from them again, not because of the defective purse but because of their blatant disregard for the customer.

Very dissapointed. Brand-new bag, 2 weeks later all the so called leather peeled off and stuck to everything, my skin, clothes, car interior. Virtually falling apart, I have never seen anything like it. What rubbish.
