My wife and I purchased a zip & link mattress a little over a year ago. I thought that I'd wait a while before reviewing. Now here goes!

Firstly, the service was exceptional. The staff asked us about our body weights, preferences, etc. In the end, I have a firm mattress, and my wife has a medium one. We bought the on sale (B-grade return), and we've had absolutely no issues with them. They have fixed the back pain that I had after my old collapsed mattress, and help us sleep very, very soundly.

I've researched a lot about mattresses and reading their site was sure they would be a great choice - the site is full of great reviews and they seem to understand about what they're selling.

I called to ask for a simple question regarding delivery but couldn't even mutter the question before Ms Julie started showering me with useless questions (a long list with body size and weight etc etc), the kind you get in a call centre before you can mutter a word). It was very condescending and done with dry lack of phone matters - as if I was an annoyance almost.

I was then transferred to someone else who, you guess... was even worse as she spoke non stop for about 4 mins --- but didn't know what information I needed ! And as I protested she simply hang up on me as I was rude.

I left a message to speak to the owner and was told he was not interested to know what happened.

Companies can have great products but if they're too arrogant to LISTEN to the customer even during the sales process, one can imagine how they behave AFTER sales, when there is an issue.

They're simply too arrogant for their own good.

Go find somewhere else that appreciates your money.
