i wish to thank the advisor for all her help during a difficult time during our bedroom furniture fitting,due to delays from the company that was fitting it we had to put back our delivery of our bed what should have took three days took nearly four weeks but thanks to her were able to delay the bed which took a lot of pressure off us because we had nowhere to put it so thank you again and for people looking for a bed company this is top of the list.

We have slept on a mattress on the floor for the first 17 years of our marriage, partly because we could never find the right bed. We now we have an excellent bed - really solid and great looking.

I was really surprised that they came and built the bed - I thought I would have to do that - too much ikea!

I liked the design and service so much that I have just ordered 2 bedside tables as well.

I have recently bought a bed from Head2Bed and have been most impressed with the level of service - the staff member was very helpful, her product knowledge was extensive and she took the time and trouble to find illustrations of all the products I was interested in. Once ordered the process was very professional and efficient; the bed frame and headboard were top quality, beautifully designed and well-made, as one would expect from this manufacturer. Altogether an excellent online shopping experience.

After much searching for a high quality, modern, stylish bedstead I found exactly what I wanted at Head2Bed. I am delighted with my purchase and with the service I received. These beds are not the junk you might buy in the big chain stores, they are top quality. I haven't seen another website that offers beds of such style and quality at similar prices.

The bed was delivered exactly when promised and I was pleasantly surprised that the delivery guys put it together for me and took away all the packaging (I had been expecting to do this myself). They were very polite and helpful.

My only very minor negative comment is that there is not a great selection of mattresses for sale, however this is not really a problem as there are many other places where you can buy a good mattress.

we bought Hasena bed and bed side tables from head-2-bed. The product was really good - we felt like we got designer product for high street chain prices. We did not expect great customer service and expected a call center. To our surprise the customer service all the way was handled by one person - she was highly responsive and paid attention to all the details. Overall the product, delivery and assembly were all done as promised.

There was a minor issue with the initial assembly of the headboard - it was immediately followed up and corrected asap.

Highly recommend.

Companies like this still exist, which is the main surprise, however finding a retailer (etailer) that sells Hasena beds was the main reason for going to Head2Bed. What I'm very happy to say is that not only did my beautiful bed completely surpass my expectations, how the team at Head2Bed handled my order and delivered it to me. Contact was thorough, in that not only did I get my order confirmation immediately on placing it, it was quickly followed up by a personal email, then an estimate of when the bed would be leaving the factory in Switzerland. This was followed up 2 weeks later with another email advising that the bed had shipped and that I should expect it by 5th February. 5th February came, and so did my Hasena Oakline Varus. It was all unpacked and assembled for me and I was able to sleep in it that night.

Truly, I can't recommend this company highly enough, because when you're paying over £1,000 for a piece of furniture, although you hope that you'll be well treated, you often prepare to be let down in some way, and Head2Bed really delivery on their promises. Fabulous!
