Sleepeezee Sovereign 3000 Mattress

I would have given this bed NO stars if I had been able to! I agree totally with the previous reviewer, these Sleepeezee mattresses are very badly made, offering absolutely NO support at all, although their website tells you that they do! I paid almost £2000 for a 3' single Sleepeezee Serenity Pure 3000 bed, the same bed under a different name as the Carpetright bed previously reviewed, just after my partner died. The first mattress that Sleepeezee provided allowed my 15 year Son to sink down in it, whilst he lay on his side, as deep as his entire thigh! I was able to push a broom handle across the bed, through my Son's legs, and both ends of the broom handle lay on the edge of the mattress each side, meaning my Son had sunk down into the mattress about 8 inches!!! I took photos and complained and was told that Sleepeezee would make me another mattress, as their mattresses shouldn't be that soft, and offer no support. I was sent a new mattress, but it was absolutely NO better, I took new photos and complained again, but this time Sleepeezee refused to accept any liability, claiming that the mattress was exactly as it was meant to be, and that I just wasn't used to sleeping on a Sleepeezee mattress yet, and that I needed to allow at least a couple of weeks to get used to it! However, here I am 2 years later, and I can honestly say that I haven't had a decent night's sleep since, because of the large, deep hole in the middle of my mattress!It is so heavy that I cannot even make the mattress, and put a sheet on it, my Daughter has to come round and do it for me, and even she struggles to do it! These mattresses are TOTALLY UNFIT FOR PURPOSE and should be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS! It has taken me 2 years to save enough money to finally purchase a new, supportive, comfortable bed, which I have ordered today at a cost of just under £1500, money that I do not have to spare, but which I find myself having to spend. Sleepeezee are a TOTAL SHAM COMPANY, they have absolutely NO conscience and no morals. To add weight to both my review and the previous review, look the bed up on the Land of Beds website, which is where I bought my bed from, and you will see that although the bed is still shown, they are no longer retailing it, hmm, I wonder why that is hey? Could it be perhaps because they've received LOADS of COMPLAINTS about the bed from other buyers? Sleepeezee offered a 5 year warranty on the bed, but that's proved totally useless, as Sleepeezee refuse to accept that there is any sort of design fault with their Pure 3000 mattresses! Give Sleepeezee a WIDE BIRTH!

We bought 2 kingsize and 1 super king sleepeezee cashmere Sovereign 3000 Mattresses from carpet right in April, 2014. You would expect good quality mattresses if you are paying that amount of money. Shortly after, we found the super king sized mattress we slept on was significantly indented and our backs hurt! Carpet right sent some inspector in Nov, 2014 to check over the mattress and the report shows that the indentation is as deep as 5cm in the middle! The mattress has developed a big "V" shape. The inspector said it was normal because of the pillow top. However, the indentation is even deeper than the thickness of the pillow top! One of my arms always felt being squeezed and both me and my boyfriend always slide towards the middle of the bed. Carpet right refused to do anything because this indentation is expected! We spent thousands and we are left with three big stupid mattresses that we cannot sleep on! Totally waste of money! The independent inspector would not speak for us even there are obvious defects in the mattresses!
