I have had to give this company at least a one star rating although this is not correct. I wanted a zero rating

To keep things short......I wanted some building materials delivered so my builder could start work. Just the usual things like plasterboard, plaster and timber. My disability prevents me from helping to unload.

When I explained this to the guy on the phone there was NO help or understanding whatsoever. All they could do was deliver my materials to the edge of my property and leave them in the pouring rain.

It was a take it or leave it situation.

Very poor service.

I will not use these people for anything again.

I will not recommend them to anyone.

They do not help anyone with a disability.

This is NOT a disabled friendly company.

Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and found a perfect supplier a few miles away in Oswaldtwistle
