Wouldn't Recommend To My Worstbenemy
Would give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely apalling. Advertise mechanics are vetted and qualified but buried in the terms and conditions is the fact that the mechanic you enter into contract with is at liberty to send someone else to do the work. No obligation fof this person to be vetted or qualified. My contracted mechanic says he sent his friend yo replace my vlutch, had to ho straight to garage first time tried to drive it. Click mechanic don't give a damn.

Never Use This Company, They Are Absolutely Rubbish.
Never use this company, they are absolutely rubbish.
Booked a mechanic to come and change my break pads, they know the Registration, make and model of the vehicle. He came with the wrong pads, so couldn't change them, yet this company charged me, even though they could provide the service I paid for because they came with the wrong parts!!! Go to an honest company

Avoid!
I booked a DPF cleaning with Click Mechanic, it's a standard and simple on-car procedure that they offer.
When the mechanic turned up, he warned me in his broken English that I would have to change the oil and filter otherwise the engine would blow up!!! Not a good start, especially when you've done a service just the week before... As I refused, then he said he can only do a off-car cleaning, but I would have to pay extra, costing even more than replacing the DPF.
At this point, I realised the guy just wanted extra money and I had wasted my time booking with Click Mechanic, so I sent him back home and recommended to spend the 3h of unused labour to learn about DPF cleaning.
I'll never EVER use them again, they are dishonest and I'm sure they do it with everyone and it works most of the time, but as a mechanical engineer I would never trust this company again.

Avoid Any Cost
They are a trap which is a one way system to
Rinse out your banks and if a problem happens then they are just the middle Man and they say deal with the mechanjc which they takd the biggest comission for nothing. they are just artists and will either put the blamd on you or the Mechanic but they do nothing but jusy to bring you in with cheap service and MOT cost but then charge you £100 to replace a brake bulb which costs nothing more than a £10.

Booked A Comprehensive Service And Mot. Garage On
Booked a comprehensive service and mot. Garage on click mechanic accepted the work. Next day came to collect the car. Refused the work and then we got charged a cancellation fee of £40. Garage was City Mots and click mechanic think it's OK for them to charge us £40 when we didn't even cancel, the garage accepted then refused the work! Disgusting and will never use again, I am going to sipute the charge with my bank and make sure click mechanic and the garage City MOTS are given bad reviews on all the websites! Great way for mechanics to make a bit of money for not doing anything. Just accept the work then refuse it on the day. Easy £40.
Charge £40 For Cancellation Your Booking
I booked my service and cancelled it within 2 hours, but they took £40 from my bank account for cancellation.
They said there will be no charge till the work completed.
I don’t even know they is cancellation fee till I received my email.
Ensure you go ahead before you book, otherwise you will need to pay £40 for your cancellation.

Poor Company And Mechanics
Communication with mechanic only via WhatsApp as he didn't have a working phone.
Was extremely flexible and ended up being let down so two half days wasted. The final let down I cancelled and got charged for the privilege.
Waste of time. Take your money elsewhere.

Total Lack Of Customer Focus
I experienced Click Mechanic for the first time almost a year ago and whilst first impressions are good the reality turned out to be far from ideal
I had my car serviced and a new MOT via Click Mechanic using a company called SMS Motors. The service was last June. At the turn of the year I had to add a litre of oil and thought little more of it as the car is 8 years old and quick visual inspections showed no immediate sign of oil dripping from the engine.
Last week I discovered oil slowly dripping from the car and arranged for a diagnosis by a known local garage with a good reputation.
They discovered that the sump drain plug needed tightening and that when it was last serviced the sump plug washer had not been replaced as they would do as a routine part of an oil change /service. This diagnostic cost me £45.
Consequently I opened a dispute with Click Mechanic and SMS Motors but throughout the process Click Mechanic did not reposed at all and made no effort what so ever to find a resolution.I heard nothing at all from them. SMS rejected my claim out of hand.
All this amounts to a short term win for Click Mechanic/ SMS but a medium and long term loss with the inevitable loss of customers
Be warned

Van Service
I paid them £850 for an EGR valve and a full service on my 15 year old diesel van , it wasn't repaired outside my house as described he insisted taking it away even though I have a large driveway and garage.
the full service basically was oil , oil filter and air filter and a few visual checks that I could have done myself. It took him 3 weeks to stamp my service book even though I told the company several times and called him leaving messages.
what mechanic would not replace the diesel fuel filter as part of a full service.
when I told him it should have been done ,he said he didn't like the way I was threatening him.
never use this company they are totally unprofessional and impossible to speak to other than texting a robot
