"nationwide" Just Car Clinic Hinckley
My insurance company put my car into this garage. After the first contact I had to wait 18 days for a slot to take my car in.
The garage is not branded as Nationwide and there are no signs on the buildings to indicate that it is this company: it's actually called Just Car Clinic so I to 'phone ahead to check the location before I took my car in.
I was told my the receptionist the car would be assessed and I would be given feedback within 2 days, and then the repairs would typically take 5-7 days.
Despite having been booked in for 18 days and 'phoning ahead the courtesy car was not ready and still being washed. The interior was not cleaned and I had to time to wait for this to be done. I was asked to sign the hire-car inspection form before even seeing the car and doing the inspection, which I refused to do! The fuel tank was half fuel, which made refilling to the same level on return very difficult. I later found that the screen-wash was empty in the car.
After 1 week I had heard nothing about the initial assessment so I telephoned on to be told my car was top priority and would be looked within 3 days at the latest.
After another week and hearing nothing more I telephoned my insurers on who spoke to Nationwide and told me that the car would be looked at that day and I should receive an update the next day. 10 days later the car was ready to collect...a month after I'd taken it in.
If I had been told at the start the work would take 1 month I might not be so dissatisfied, but I was repeatedly that the work was 'top priority' and then never received any updates: it took phone calls from me and the insurers to get any sense of progress. I suspect it would have taken longer still without chasing. The hire car issues just add to the impression that this company is badly managed and offer extremely poor customer service.
Excellent Service Great Repair
Had to leave my Hyundai Tucson for a bodywork repair last Friday. I knew they were very busy and asked them to try and ensure I had it back within eight days and I was due to drive on holiday with family. I was expecting it to take the full week or worse! Collected it today, I know it was only the offside rear quarter but three working days?

Straight Forward And Helpful
Had to use this company through my insurer for repairs to my car.
They kept me up to date throughout the entire process and were extremely proffessional and helpful.
The body work down the side of my car needed repairing. Now that it is fixed, you would never think that it had been damaged at all. It's like new, even the colour is completely matched.
They even went above and beyond and cleaned my car inside and out.

Fantastic Service Just Car Clinic Hull
Just car clinic Hull was the preferred choice of my insurance company, after my van had been run into whilst parked up. The job to put things right was given to the Hull branch. Due to work committments I was unable to get my van into the clinic for assessment straight away,however this posed no problem as they where happy for me send in photos of the damaged bodywork. My van was collected from my home address when the car clinic staff doubled up with the van rental company to provide me with a courtesy vehicle, this was done at 16:00hrs on the Monday. At 15:00hrs on the Thursday of the same week I received a telephone call to say the work was complete a new side door and respray of replacement parts complete and was ready for me to collect. The reception staff where more than happy for me to drop the rental courtesy van off at the Clinic when picking up my van & would contact the rental company for me to come and collect it ! Fantastic ! My van on inspection was immaculate the replacement side door fitted perfectly and the paint job was outstanding, the van was gleaming ! Fantastic service & brilliant workmanship resulted in a perfect repair, very happy thank you Hull Just Car Clinic !! I have no hesitation in recommending them !

Absolutely Brilliant Service
Grimsby car clinic is where our insurance company use . Our accident was 21.30 on Christmas Eve- our car was ready on jan 7th . It was a painless & efficient service , dealt with 3 different people and they were all great . The repairs are great , nothing to complain about .

Nationwide Just Car Clinic (Durham) are the preferred choice of my insurance company. So after my minor accident with an uninsured driver my insurance made all the calls to get my car assessed and repaired.
I was contacted by JCC to make arrangements for an assessment to be conducted and as it was very near Christmas I was not anticipating having any repairs started before the 24th. Nevertheless, JCC got me booked in, conducted the repairs and got my car back to me by the 21st December.
I would like to say that I am most impressed with the level service, repair and customer value that I received during this time. My personal thanks go to out to the person I dealt with and his dedicated team at the Durham Branch for their professionalism and dedication.

Do Not Use
Don't use. Slow repair. Rude staff and they scratched car in process of fixing and refused to do anything. Can't ring them and they don't ring you.
Did A Decent Job From What I Can Tell But Took A M
Did a decent job from what I can tell but took a month and a half to replace the bumper on my EV.
Relied on my photo's to assess damage, ordered a bumper and I took it in. They called me two days later to say "sorry, we need to order a grill and it needs to come from Korea!". That took two weeks.
They took the bumper off and called to say "sorry, we need a part behind the bumper". Korea. Two weeks.
Put it back together and called to say "sorry, there's another part that needs replacing!". Korea. Two weeks!
Nice people. Poor systems/procedures.
They should have assessed it properly themselves before taking it in, ordered a grill. 2week saving.
Then they could have worked out what was wrong, ordered the parts and finished the job in 2 weeks.
I don't think that owning a "weird car" (Kia Soul EV) is a good excuse for such poor service.
Then they said that they would pay all the fuel costs for the fossil courtesy car (£100+) and they sent a cheque for £50 after I chased them for another 6 weeks. That adds insult to injury. Keep your word guys!
