Amazing Bodywork And Service!
Car Model- WHITE MERCEDES GLA 180 URBAN EDITION
Went in for bodywork :
From start to finish I received exemplary service. He turned a bad experience (I had my car keyed ) into a great one! :) He was with me every step of the way, making me feel at ease and I placed my full trust in to this Mercedes’ Benz because of him.
All of the other staff were also very welcoming and lovely. Also to note everything was that smooth and because of everyone being so welcoming and being so professional and because I couldn’t fault the team in any way, I Will be coming back to this dealership for my services that I’ll need and when I decide to buy a new car, even though it’s 20 minutes further away than my local Mercedes’ Benz
Thank you so much for liaising with my insurance company and for the excellent body work on my car. It looks brand new again and I’m so in love with it again :)

Poor Poor Poor Service
I bought my first Mercedes from this dealer about eight years ago- it was agreat deal and I would only use them for all work and services on the car. Things went wrong about two yers ago where they just cocked everything up from service prices to the standard expected. As such I took my business elsewhere.
Fast forward to the end of 2017- I wanted to change my car and thought I would give the dealership another chance- the customer service is terrible. I don't have the time to write full details but will list the issues below so you get a feel of what to expect,
1. Several messages left for individuals but I never received a call back from ANYONE.
2. Mercedes car checks (what they say they do on all their used cars) FAKE- they don't check half the things they say they will and dont even know whats on the cars they are selling.
3. Battery broken none in stock- I had to call to see when the item was in stock and book my car in- treated as any other service rather than a cockup from Mercedes so have to wait weeks and return to the dealership.
Overall a very poor customer service and I will look anywhere else for services as I dont trust them at all.
NOTE: They caused an issue but were able to rectify it very quickly- I called and left a message for the sales manager to call me (so I could pass on my thanks) but you guessed it no one called back.
The one saving grace of this dealership is a chap who has always returned calls and followed up on issues- also he seems to be the only person that knows how MB work.
Service Cocked Up
I have been using the garage for years and slowly the customer service has got worst and worst. I had booked a service in a week ago, I was clear that I required the drop off home service and was told no problem. I was very clear that I required this service.
When I arrived at the garage my paperwork had been lost, so off they went and found it "under something else" then I asked will the driver be long to take me home? We don't have any, but I booked this service. Sorry we do t have any drivers, ok how will you get me home- don't know but you can wait 3 hours.
No thanks keys back and I leave.
The services at this garage are VERY expensive and you expect a certain level of service, they failed. Think about the worth of using this company.
A very revealing review of a garage that clearly needs to do a lot better. If an error has been made, the garage should have ordered a taxi to take you home... but clearly was not prepared to retain your business, despite being a long term customer. A taxi fare would have been a small price to pay... think of the £000s that the garage has made on each new car you have bought there, plus all the servicing.
