Good Customer Service

I went into Holland and Barrett today and a young lady served me and she had to alter a change of address for my reward card/ It took some doing because my landlord had converted the house I live in to 2 flats so the post code only had one address to the other flat and not mine. She finally sorted it for me and I thanked her. She was pleasant , helpful and polite. Overall very satisfied with my visit.

Supplements Work

I can see a lot of people have complained about the customer service, and I cannot comment on that myself but - the supplements work!

New year has been terrible in our house for colds, flus and stomach bugs. We've been extremely ill. What do the doctors usually say? "Go home and take some paracetamol, it'll clear up on its own."

However, some days we were so ill we couldn't get out of bed, never mind take paracetamol!

I'd just about garnered the strength to get out of bed and make a drink, when I remembered I had some activated charcoal in the cupboard. It says it soaks up anything in your digestive system you don't want so, I gave it a whirl.

My stomach bug was gone! And it prevented my daughters from catching it!

The flu took slightly longer to disappear, but it drastically reduced the symptoms.

I've also tried the probio7 supplement (different strains of friendly bacteria), and yeast infections are gone!

Say what you like about customer service (because I know a lot of places aren't great), but the supplements work!

Poor Customer Service

I complained about a poor service received at Brent Cross Branch on 3rd December. I went for a refund with a receipt and I was told by staff that only manager can process the refund and. Manager was in the meeting and they din't know how long meeting will last. If you want a refund you will have to wait until she comes out. I said I can come back if you can give me a rough time scale but they said they can't give a time nor they can disturb the meeting!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received an email from Customer services acknowledging the complaint on 5th December saying that they will look into the matter and come back. To date I haven't heard anything.

Good Or Bad Magnesium

I was in Leeds store.

The lady took me to the magnesium,I asked several questions,she answered them.

Bought a bottle of magnesium and was told if wrong one I could return it .

Happy at device,

And my product was in sales,bargain.

Customer Service @ The Edmonton Store

Called in today to see if they had medium oatmeal, which hasn't been in stock at the Selbourne Walk store in Walthamstow for some weeks. The two Clerks in the at the tills walked away when I approached them with my items,attending to two separate customers who were either looking for a product or had questions about a product.

The male clerk passed me at the till, going to another aisle, asking his colleague where a product was, then stayed with the person, all the while the queue is growing. I asked if there was anyone at the till(waiting about 3mins now), the female glanced back saying she was serving a customer. I waited for 30 seconds later then walked out. The male got to the till as Inwent through the door asking if he could help. I replied NO.

Never again will I go to this store.

The queue could have been attended to by one clerk whilst the other served the people waiting at the till.

Worst Customer Service

Placed my first on-line order with them in January. Money was taken two days later and I waited patiently for the email to inform me to collect my order. The email never came and every time I checked my account the delivery was noted as 'waiting to be dispatched'. I waited a further two weeks and even went into the store where I was due to collect my goods from, to check, but only to be told that they have never received the goods. I contacted them first via email and then by phone and they attempted to blame me before admitting it was their error and apologising. I was told to expect a refund within 3-5 days and alas, two weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. I called and emailed again and once more they have failed to not only come up with a viable excuse, but also a solution. Would never recommend to anyone to buy online and in fact, would never recommend to buy in store either. Really surprised how such a brand can remain in business with such a poor excuse for customer service.

Worst Ever Customer Services

My experience of customer services is they took far too long to respond to a question (2 weeks), then gave a response that did not answer my question. On repeating my question in two further emails as I got no response, they again responded with the same answer which did not address my question, quite bizarre. Their second response was quite rude saying "as previously stated" - My messages were clearly not read properly. A very inadequate service both in timings and response content. The lack of customers services totally lets down the products side of the business. I doubt if I will ever shop there again having previously been a very good customer, until I needed some advice from customer (lack of)-services.

Abysmal Service

I ordered online, big mistake H&B use Hermes as couriers and they must be the worst delivery company in the UK in my opinion. Hermes failed to deliver on the day they said they would and lied by saying they failed to deliver even though I was in all day. Got nowhere via H&B customer service, it was like talking to an alien, or maybe it is just H&B bad service policy. Still haven't got my goods as I write this, thankfully I paid with paypal and after 12 days I will contact them for a refund.

Below Expectations. Will Never Order From Them Again.

Ordered 2 items on their penny offer promotion and received only 1 while the order arrived later than promised. Inquiring about the delayed delivery I received a reply 3 days later.

the worst customer service ever!

ordered on the 3rd October and we are now 12th nothing!

called them 3times and stayed for about 20mins each time no answer, I have to go to my local shop to make the phone call and same things happen

emails them 3 times and no answer either....

I will stop buying for them they don't care as they have my money and this is the only thing they want!!!

Quality of service

Not Interested In Selling Rancid Products But Fobbing Me Off

I found the omega 3 capsules had a slight odor when I first opened them; progressively as the days passed the smell got worse & had now started to leave a smell on my hands that I had to wash off. I had thought about opening my second container but then had seen they were from the same batch - I immediately thought of quality control & thought many of this product had been affected so should be taken off of the shelves straightaway.

When I went to take back both containers for an exchange I was first fobbed off with only half what the items were worth, because the manager wasn't there I had to come back later that day. The manager was treating me as if I were lying instead of considering that the product had something wrong with it; I repeatedly had to ask for a full refund as I deemed the product as faulty, they were unwilling to refund me instead just trying to find ways not to give me my money back!

I did eventually get a full refund but not after quoting various consumer laws!

It shows you how good a company are when things go wrong; they would rather find excuses not to refund you rather than see a loyal customer of theirs had found a problem with an item that they were selling & this item should be withdrawn from sale immediately.
