One Cleaner Stole My Money Away Although Returned

quite bad experience for my end of tendancy cleaning with fastklean due to the first cleaner did not finished his job and tried to STOLE my more than 2000 euros and one champagne we already told him do not touch (just exchanged for my trip, he told us we could go outside for a while when he finished he would give me a call back i stored this money in a very secret place obviously he searched my whole flat which is under mattress that should not be included in end of tendancy cleaning).

Then after reported to policeman, a whole day dispute with the fastklean, they made an apologize and resend another cleaner for omissions. (WITHOUT ANY DISCOUNT THEY DEDUCT YOUR MONEY AUTOMATICALLY NO MATTER YOU LIKE OR NOT)

As a PR company manager, i thought their Crisis PR was quite terrible, firstly when this kind of thing happened, comforting customer firstly without principle is crucial. The guy who tried to stole my money is more than 6" tall, we just two then girls, he looked so angry and slammed the door when he returned for returning the money after we called 101 , I did even prepare weapon just in case he may behave too angry to killing me. After I reported to this guys to the company, everyone just like "wait a second, we are verifying this case." I described this whole case for more than 10 times with different operator, finally in the afternoon more than 4pm a manager had called me back for describe it again!then made an apologize and said that was a big temptation. Come on, who gave you the right to search my apartment throughoutly and found the temptation? Which was under mattress and not even include the end of tendancy cleaning items. This cleaner is really diligent for searching the temptation.

Secondly although my money had been chased back, I still felt quite disappointed due to they did not give me any discount. I mentioned the first cleaner had left some omissions then they had sent second cleaner, really just like do some cleaning as we asked and did not take the initiative to looking around. Which led to forgetting to cleaning up the freezer and the landlord deducted me 90 pounds for this issue.

Thirdly no following up after the whole situation, I made a decision if they could give me some following up after the second cleaner arrival just simple one like how do you satisfy the second cleaner etc I will not left any bad feedback on social media. I am not a picky person at all, but this time I truly suggest my social circle around DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I don't think they understand how hopeless and scary when we dealing with a potential dangerous person and reported to 101 the whole sernario was reallly unforgettable.

PS every cleaner had been late for more than 40min.

The first one can't speak english.

This Company Should Not Be Trading

I booked FastKlean because they had such great reviews. I needed my home cleaned to a professional standard before some tenants moved in the following day.

To begin with FastKlean called me two hours before the cleaners were supposed to arrive to tell me that they could no longer make it. This meant it was nearly impossible to find alternative cleaners with availability that afternoon.

Luckily (I thought at the time), they did find some other cleaners to step in.

When they did show up, they were an hour and a half late. I had agreed to pay them for four hours work. I couldn't stay for the duration because they had been so late and I needed to go out. I left them there with instructions on how to lock up the house.

When my boyfriend returned home three hours later they had already left the house, and so hadn't completed the amount of time I had requested and put a deposit down for.

When I came home later that evening the house wasn't any cleaner than when I left, save for a couple of cleanish windows. They hadn't moved or cleaned under any of the furniture, there was dust along every surface including above every light fitting, shelf and skirting. They hadn't cleaned the fridge, which was brand new so they didn't even need to deep clean it!

They broke the bucket I had bought especially for them, and didn't bother to rinse out the mop that I had also purchased for the clean. So both were destroyed and I had to throw them away.

I emailed FastKlean immediately saying I was not happy for them to take the remaining amount owed from my card and sent them photo evidence of the 'work' that had been done. In the meantime, the following morning I had to spend precious hours cleaning the house myself before the tenants moved in. Luckily they were relaxed about the state of the house, but it might cost me when it comes to them moving out - I won't be able to expect them to leave the house in a perfect condition.

FastKlean did not appear to understand any of my concerns. Instead of acknowledging that their cleaners did not do the amount of time that I had paid for, and that for however long they stayed it was incredibly difficult to see what it was they had achieved, they blamed me for only organising two cleaners for four hours. They even lied to me and said that they had recommended six hours - when I had specifically contacted them to ask if four hours were enough, which they had confirmed!

They refused to honour my refund request, and instead offered to send cleaners round to rectify the situation, over a week after their cleaners were supposed to have done their job!

If I had not recently relocated abroad I would have reported FastKlean to Trading Standards and taken them to court over this blatant negligible and careless work.

Do not use this company, do not trust them, and do not give them any money.

Incorrect Confirmation And No Show....

I previously booked their services for spring cleaning as a present to my mother who had moved into a new property which turned out to be more of a hassle for her. I do believe in second chances so ended up booking their service for oven cleaning at my property.

Unfortunately, things started going wrong at the start when I received a text message confirming my booking but addressed to someone else so a phone call later I was assured that my booking is under a correct name and it was just human error because they use the same template and forgot to change the customer's name.

I then received I received an email confirmation the day before the technician was due to arrive confirming a CARPET CLEANING SERVICE when I clearly booked in an OVEN CLEANING service. So in the middle of a working day, whilst dealing with a stressful house move I ended up making a panicked phone call to reconfirm my booking again human error was blamed and they had the right booking in their system. They did not want to take feedback from me until after the service was complete, I asked to be sent the correct confirmation of my booking which never arrived.

On the day the technician was due I arrived at the property early in the morning and realised a half hour later that the technician was late so I placed another call to be told sorry but the technician had an emergency and they could not get anyone else at short notice. They were going to call me but I got there first (I hardly believe this after all the hassle I went through). I was offered to reschedule to a different date which I refused. I also told the customer service agent that I would provide feedback on their services and apart from their politeness on the phone everything else deserved a poor rating to be immediately asked to be put on hold to consult with the manager. I was then offered a discount for the same service, having lost all trust in them I refused the offer and asked for a refund.

In the end I was not going to bother with feedback but then I another email received from fastklean to provide a satisfaction survey on the cleaning service provided..... A SERVICE I DID NOT RECEIVE. I guess they will blame it yet again on another human error.

So if you want reliability and no hassle then fastklean is not the the one I would recommend to you.

Effective And Affordable Cleaning Service

Cleaning the house with my busy schedule is really not easy but I will not put my family in danger with all the dirt and dust so I looked for a reputable cleaning company that will take care of all our cleaning needs while I am facing the other important matters! A Shocking Experience!

I booked FastKlean following building work of my home giving extensive detail on the number of rooms, bathrooms etc yet the cleaners managed to cover only half the house. The cleaners who arrived didn’t know the basics of cleaning. Surfaces covered in dust were ignored, no furniture was moved and worst of all, the toilets weren't cleaned following three months of builders! When I raised this with the cleaners they didn’t appear surprised or embarrassed at their poor work and were more interested in leaving after the time booked (recommended time by the company after extensive detail on my home spec, number of rooms, bathrooms etc) than finishing the job or at least doing a thorough cleaning job for the rooms that they had supposedly cleaned.

I raised my concerns with the FastKlean making it clear that I did not want a refund but rather to make them aware of the very substandard cleaning service that I had received. They became unpleasant and made out that I was to blame! Furthermore, I have repeatedly asked them to remove my personal information off their database as I do not want to receive any further promotional information. Despite having made this clear in 3 telephone conversations and at least 4 emails, I still continue to receive their emails.

I would strongly recommend that you do not employ Fastklean to clean your home!

But we took our chances and booked your service. Your crew came on time which was one sign of professionalism and they did their job without disturbing or having to stop our office operation. I am very happy with the carpet cleaning service that I booked. Your cleaning operative came on time, he managed to get of all my stains and after the service was over, he even gave me useful advice on carpet care. I am definitely going to use your cleaning services in London again in the near future.
