Legal rip offs with clauses and slams you with big money if change cars tried charging 3x amount for same car then wanted 250£ to cancel… DO NOT USE THESE INSURANCE

I called to cancel my policy after under 6 months as io sold the car. I was told that whilst Autonet would waive the cancellation fee, there was no money due to me and they would actually be charging me £12.91 for early cancellation. How is that even logical???

Very easy to use and questions straightforward to answer. Took me about half an hour to complete the form for car insurance. Not bad for an OAP not used to computers, so well done on the format.

As Trustpilot remove the reviews they don't like I don't use them.

Autonet was an easy link away from Go.Compare. I'm happy without human interaction.

It's a broker, and states clearly that it takes an admin fee (included in the quote) of about 10%. But considering it was more than £300 less than my renewal with Directline, which had doubled since last year, that's fine.

I know the courtesy car isn't guaranteed, but hey?

I didn’t get what was advertised.

It advertised 7 day courtesy vehicle, when you have paid and you read everything, no courtesy vehicle is provided.

Needs the Trading Standards to look into this.

got a quote theough comparison site and took up the best option with autonet. fast efficient and with no stress. definately the easiiest way to get insurance these days. covered straight away
