I downloaded TouchCopy by Wide Angle Software because I was desperate to retrieve some files from my iPhone when my computer died. I spent hours searching on line and trying several other recovery software products, when I finally came across TouchCopy. Not only was TouchCopy easy to use, it was able to "see" everything on my iPhone. I was able to retrieve everything - all my music and even SMS and old voicemails - messages left by a friend who I sadly don't see very often any more.
