Hi all. I really don't understand why people are still using this company when you can get better Ser ice from step change for free. I have just become debt free after 5 years thanks to step change if I had stayed with this company I would probably still have over a year to go. Still can't believe I let them steel £300 for a set up fee for doing nothing as I cancelled before they had set anything up. They were very sneaky when I told them I was cancelling and made sure they did not highlight the fact I would still be charged the fee so I had not cancelled my direct debit. I have just asked them for a copy of the contract to send to the FO as I hope they will do something

123 help me deal with all my depts it was easy and they were very easy to talk to. I had a few months where i had trouble reaching the month payments and was worryed i could not afford them dure to ill health. 123 was very understanding and worked with me to stop my payment for a month and then low them for the next few months untill i was able to go back to work,they never hassle me in any way , when they phoned they are also polite and ask if its the right time to answer a few question,if i was unable they would ask when the best time.

I can not fault 123 dept management in any way. I would recommend 123 to anyone .

From breaking down the debts and helping work out a repayment plan to getting creditors to freeze interest and agree to a deal these guys are invaluable.

Their fees are acceptable considering the leg work they go and do on your behalf. Yes, some of it you could do yourself with a bit of hard graft, but if you work full time then these guys are extremely worthwhile.

Their processes were smooth and easy to follow, they don't constantly inundate you with calls and emails. A better company to help you manage your debt I can't imagine. Highly recommended.

I began using 123 debt solutions just over 3yrs ago. At a very stressful time for me they took that all away, they have been very helpful to me and supported me if i was struggling to make a payment. I would recommend this company to anyone as a way of getting yourself out of debt.

took out my payment plan 18 months ago. service from start to finish was exceptional. Advised me at every step what was going on with my account and when my creditors were being paid. also advised what creditors were accepted and the online access tool was a massive help in what was paid and how much. Everything was clear and transparent and dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. Top stuff guys and thank you for all of your help in paying off my outstanding debts!!!

I found working with 123 very easy and I was well looked after from the start. I didn't have any problems with creditors when on my plan. Any problems I had I just called in and got everything sorted. Would recommend to anyone who is struggling with debt.

was in a lot of debt went to 123 at the start everything was great as time went on and I got down only to a few creditors I was told that I needed to do my year review and I was in my 49day termination period if the review was not done so i wanted to manage my debt directly rather than paying a fee to 123 so 100% of my money went on to my debt 123 started to block me telling when I had called in that they had no information on my ref/account numbers to the creditors so i called the creditor and went through trying to find my information out with them witch was not easy as i have moved a few times anyway after sorting a payment plan with them and them agreeing to keep the interest frozen i still needed my information for three creditors i rang back 123 and asked them to give it me they said they would give me the information for a £10 and they was trying everything in there power to keep me from leaving which was funny as it was them telling me there going to quit if i dont do my review anyhow they added that they will need a last payment of £31.50 also went on telling me how they got the interest frozen and so on very rude on the phone since i have been with them they have earned £ 1,600 in fees off me i think they just want to keep people here for there money as most of the things they do is no papaer work all calls anyway bank transfer dont be fooled watch out

i was in so much debt and very depressed and feeling low and 123 debt helped me .i was assainged a man who helped me through the whole of my term to get me debt free .all staff are very polite and and go all out to help you .i have finished now and paid all my debts off now and feel like a massive weight has been lifted thanks to 123 debt solutions .thankyou to the person I dealt with the support i recived was 5star .

From the beginning of taking out my plan right up to the final payment over approximately 5 years, the customer service of 123 Debt Solutions has been faultless. The team always treated me with respect which , particularly at the beginning was so important as I felt really embarrassed that I had got myself into such a mess. The last 4-5 months of my plan I had regular contact either by text or telephone which I found very useful & the team were always courteous and helpful. The client portal was a great way for me to access my account which gave all the current information of my creditors. I would highly recommend 123 Debt Solutions!!
