Super Efficient From Start To Finish

The installation of the replacement windows was carried out exactly as planned. The fitter were super efficient from start to finish. They swept up the small pieces of debris on the carpet and cleaned the windows and left me with a smile on my face.

Great Job On Complicated Install

We required to get a new double glazed window with a curved top glass area. Got several quotes from Andrew Wright was great. We order it just prior to first lockdown and as soon as restrictions were lifted they fitted it. The installers were very good and even with complication of requiring a stone mason to cut part of the old lintel away they arranged for a specialist stone cutter to do it to ensure there were no issues. The final window and finishing look great.

Pleased with workmanship, quick ,hassle free and tidy, will use them again for rest of house next year

Avoid At All Costs

Really poor fitters company use sub contractors say they don’t but do poor workmanship . Problem after problem still not too satisfaction please do not waste your money with Andrew Wright after sales non existent phone no follow up .Ignorence at best.

Had a faulty worthless door fitted by them but not paid and not going to, happy to go to court and i'll be going to the Ayrshire post with photos... DO NOT USE THIS LOT.

Warning: Do Not Use This Company!

Awful experience with Andrew Wright Windows. Very long standing issue which is now with Solicitors. Guarantee apparently not worth the paper it is written on! Happy to take lot of money and leave us with problems. After sales care non-existent. Would advise NOT to use this company.

Love My Door

Andrew wright have just installed my new door am Apeer 70 composite style. I had looked at a few companies and although wrights was slightly more expensive , I wanted a modern style and they had exactly what I wanted , was fitted this week and the installers were excellent and left everything neat and tidy and explained everything to me and I'm delighted, especially since the weather we've had, ive noticed the difference in my hall instantly but its the change to the front of my house thst I'm most pleased about. Wanting a modern look I took the advise of the salesman to use a sandblasted glass finish coupled with my house name sandblasted on to my top light window and have already been complimented by a few neighbours.

Looks like the Windows next.

Only thing I would suggest to company is a little more communication from the office as I had to phone and double check the fitting day as I hadn't received any notice from several weeks earlier.

Repeat Customer - Never Again.

We noted some bad reviews of this Andrew Wright online but decided to ignore them. They installed our front windows (a big job) with only one minor snagging issue. Not at all cheap but thought we were paying for quality and service. However when we asked them back to do our bathroom window I have nothing positive to say.

They mislead us on several occasions, at one point installing a cheaper window than the one we had ordered. Numerous missed appointments, they were a nightmare to get through to on the phone. A broken part on the (eventually) installed final window took four visits to resolve with their employees turning up with the wrong part multiple times. We were without a fully functioning bathroom for months due to their general incompetence, too many issues to list.

When I complained to Customer Services got a series of unpleasant emails where they admitted no wrongdoing, did not address all of my points and made a series of inaccurate statements. When I challenged this, they removed the small goodwill gesture they had previously offered and demanded full payment within 7 days or be passed to the Sherriff Court.

When I phoned up on day 7 to speak to the line manager of the person we had been dealing with as a last avenue, they did not want to know. Neither them nor our original contact would communicate further. As a final kick in the teeth, we were told the payment had been passed to the Court a day early. This was very upsetting and turned out to be inaccurate.

Left angry and upset. We will not be using for future work.

We are experiencing a very similar situation. Jut had the threatening phone call from the line manager, not disagreeing with any of our complaints but demanding final payment. Did you go to court, would be very interested to hear the outcome.

Glad you at least left a comment. This company gets away with incompetance based on their name and the fact that they have a factory. They are only interested in money and once they get it, you are forgotten.

plenty of other companies out there who have better products and far better staff
