Excellent service. Clean, quick and efficient.

However, there was a slight design problem. The bespoke handles prevented the sliding door from retracting fully back to join the static glass panel frame ie there was a 3inch full length strip of glass showing between the 2 door frames when the door was opened. This was not visually pleasing and it unnecessarily restricted the open door width. I contacted the main office and sent photos of the problem. She very swiftly arranged for engineers to come out the next day to adjust the door. They were able to alter the fitting to our complete satisfaction quickly and efficiently.

Had all new windows and doors at the end of May 2023, very pleased with the quality and they look very good. The three fitters we had were excellent, they were friendly and their work was very methodical, neat and tidy, we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.They cleaned up behind themselves so we had no mess to speak of. The finishing off of the windows was very good. The installation of the doors was again very good and we are very pleased with them. We would recommend Brackenwood to anyone thinking of new windows and doors, very professional and friendly, not pushy, from first contact to finished job.

Agent fitted our new French doors. He arrived on time and set to work. It was very cold and rainy out but he covered everything up so as not to get any

Rain in house. He worked very efficiently and we were very pleased with the outcome.

We decided to use Brackenwood Windows to fit all new double glazed windows & new front door in our home. The fitterswere fantastic. They were extremely professional & knew their work inside out. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

It was a 3 day job. They were punctual & arrived at the agreed time, and finished the work within the 3 days as specified. We found them trustworthy & friendly. They were courteous & pleasant at all times. They were very tidy & clean. They explained how everything worked & before leaving asked if there was anything that we did not understand.

We have found the whole experience amazing from the start to finish. The sales person who came out first was a delight & was very helpful. We went to the showrooms in Basingstoke & met with an advisor who showed & gave us different ideas & was very helpful. The Surveyor was also excellent in his work when he came to do the final measurements.

So, first of all I was impressed with the time it took to order our windows & doors to the time of installation.

On the day of the fitting, I was introduced to the fitters. It was apparent very quickly that these guys new their stuff. So, for what they had to do they did the work a good time. The finish both inside & out was absolutely amazing. This made the eventual sign of off the work not an issue. These guys even went above & beyond for us doing work that wasn't even theirs to do. By this I mean that the finish on the pebble dash that was from the original window fitting was not of a good quality and they corrected it for us. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. Overall, I thought what they did was amazing. Great guys with a great sense of humour. If this is the Brackemwood standard, then i would recommend Brackennwood to anyone.

Just had 4 windows and front door replacements Would thoroughly recommend fitters, they were efficient and treated our home with care, they fitted the only one window. struggling to find similar favourable comments for the other 4 fitters who fitted remaining 3 windows and the door which currently does not close well and with ease! Such a shame for us that the two fitters did not fit all. Could only recommend if the two Fitters made installation. Windows and door look fine, but as yet to receive any wet weather. We were assured by Saleman that all Brakenwood fitter were employed and not Contractors, found not to be the case for our installation.
