Absolutely amazing experience from start to completion. I called excessively when in progress and never felt I was troubling them. When the project was underway the guys on site were fantastic, very tidy workers, respectful of my neighbours. I ended up with a brilliant product and excellent value for money, something I can enjoy for my years. I would highly recommend.

I was worried about ordering online as I have had some really bad experiences, but this one was not only easy it was peace of mind throughout and am really happy with the finished product.

My partner and I purchased our conservatory earlier this year and we can honestly say that it has upgraded our house. The extra space and bespoke modern design by one of the Sales Advisors has complimented our house and given it a whole new feel.

I was never left waiting when I had any query or never left disappointed with the customer service.

Had my Conservatory a month or so now, it’s honestly been the best thing i have done! Me and my partner rang up ConservatoryLand wanting a quote, we spoke with the friendly and extremely helpful sales team and from there the process was a doddle. I had already done some looking around and the reviews spoke volumes for the product. We then decided they are the company for us! The Sales team weren’t pushy and were up front and honest, they catered for what we wanted and made us feel in control and the design, giving us exactly what we wanted.

The Technical Team and the Approved Installers were really efficient and the installers were very respectful of our home. Within 3 days the build was done and after getting a local Electrician and Plasterer in to finish off the inside I am beyond happy!

I ordered my conservatory through ConservatoryLand and I was over the moon with the level of service I received throughout the whole process! The sales team were thorough when designing my ideal conservatory and made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted before making any decisions. After this the approved installer came to my property and surveyed the area, their service was also brilliant and they ensured all the sizes I gave were correct.

The technical support team then went through everything with me to make sure I was happy before putting my order into manufacture.

My conservatory was delivered and the installers were there on the same day to start the install, 4 days later and my dream conservatory was built and I was blown away with the quality.

I would definitely recommend ConservatoryLand to anybody looking to add additional living space to there property as they are first class!!

We purchased our new conservatory through Conservatory Land and from start to finish our experience was great. From speaking with a man in the sales department all the way through to finalising the design with the technical team was fab!

Now we have our conservatory fitted and able to enjoy this extra space is amazing! The quality of the material is second to none and the installer they appointed for us was top class.

I wanted to build a conservatory by myself and ConservatoryLand is one of the company I contacted the consultant who picked up the phone. He was excellent from the start and provided the best design for my situation. He also gave the best price for me.

The support team were excellent during the time of my DIY work. Every time I called them for any help they provided excellent support. Special thanks for sending extra cladding material quickly when I needed it.

The quality of the manufacturing was excellent and all the dimensions were exact to the mm. I did this for the first time and I was surprised to see the finished dimensions were exact as per the design.

They provided excellent documents for assembly and I was able to build the conservatory by following the instructions.

I am very pleased with this company and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends

Do not! I repeat do not take a chance with this company. We bought a £30, 000 premier orangery which we received in early january 2021. We were told to use one of there approved installers. The installer built the orangery completely wrong. The floor was not level, the box cutter on the back was connected completely lob sited. The pelmet inside was completely done wrong and all the building is collapsing and leaking. We contacted the company after speaking to a structural engineer who advised us to take the whole thing down as soon as possible as its structurally unsound. When we brought these issues to conservatoryland ltd they disappeared. All the points raised by a professional structural engineer were ignored and after pushing we were told was nothing to do with them. After putting a review online they reappeared offering to help. They sent another inspector out to my old address who i guided here who informed me that the whole thing had to be taken down and rebuilt. However he will not take it on neither will the other 150 builders that we have spent hours convincing to help. Conservatoryland ltd are the worst company to ask for help they ignore calls. Once the payment is made they state they are only a supply company. They are not responsible for the issues after. When you address the issues they state they cannot do anything without speaking to a manager which takes weeks then they disappear. The director of the company and the general manager has never once called or responded to my plethora of requests. They do not care. More importantly once the company wiped their hands with my issue i explained that i am scared the building will collapse on my young children and they said that they only supply. I said what about the pool of water. They said we only supply its an installer issue. My installer has not answered a call for months ! I am living in a world of hell with no one from conservatoryland ltd prepared to sort. Recently after bombarding them with calls they offered me a few hundred pounds to go away. This company needs shutting down and winding up. They are disgusting. I am speaking to trading standards and also will be reporting them to the dgos. I advice anyone to come to my living nightmare anytime to see for yourself why you should never ever ever fall for this outfit. Do not pay a penny to conservatoryland ltd go elsewhere trust me its made me my wife and family ill and we are stuck in this nightmare!!!!  i sincerely advice all conservatoryland ltd customers to view my showroom before you buy. Come and see whats instore before you make the worst mistake of your life. i have loads of pictures to help demonstrate this please contact me and i will send !

Bought as a self build, everything turned up promptly on delivery day.

It was reasonably easy to erect and the end result was a very well designed,good

Quality conservatory. We did have a few queries with the instructions but help

was always at the end of the phone. Everyone who has seen the conservatory

has been very impressed. Very good value for money.

I would definitely recommend Conservatory Land, nothing was to much effort for them from initial quotation, design, manufacture, delivery through to the installation using Conservatory Land approved installers, who were really good, efficient & polite. Any alteration/addition that I wanted during the design Conservatory Land did without question. The installation was unbelievable from start to finish only 3 1/2 days, with the Conservabase, dwarf wall & flat roof. The quality of the finished product we cannot fault & am really pleased with it & have had comments how lovely it is.
