Excellent Start To Finish

Sales team very helpful throughout the design phase.

Quote was 5k cheaper than the next lowest.

Received the base delivery then the glazing 2 weeks later.

Fitted the entire conservatory by myself without much DIY experience. Only needed help installing the roof.

Overall very happy with the result

Great Product But Let Down Big Time By After Sales Departme.

From first enquiries to numerous conversations with the person we dealt with, we were so pleased and decided to place an order. Delivery date was given however the conservatory arrived a week early, we had 1 hour notice (good job I was home)

During construction we discovered that some important brackets ring beam were missing, we called instantly and was told they would be posted same day, after a few days of waiting we went to our local DIY store and purchased some that’s did the job.

Further into construction we discovered a small pain of glass had a crack in and one gutter corner was Brocken inside it’s packaging, to allow full construction we temporarily fitted the damaged items, photos were then sent to DC4U. The reply from them was that I had to pay £82 for the replacement items and we also mentioned that the ring beam brackets had not arrived.

We email a complaint to the person we dealt with, he told us that he had passed our complaint onto his customer service manager. To this day still no response from the manager, that was on the 15th November 2021, nearly a month ago.

It’s a great product however severely let down by after care.

We would not recommend this company to anyone which is a shame as the product is so good.

Awful - Warranty Not 10 Years!

We recently purchased a house with a conservatory that had been built in 2016, provided by DirectConservatories4U. On the first night in the house we had some rain and the conservatory leaked in two places. We contacted DC4U and told them that it needed repairing as it was meant to have a 10 year warranty and it had failed after 5 years only. They responded saying that when the house was sold by the previous owners, the warranty became invalid and they wouldn't do anything. Absolutely ridiculous and so very unhelpful. Since then 4 of the glass panels forming the ceiling have slid free of their holdings and seals and we now have three sections where the conservatory is open to the sky. With the rain the panels slide further every time and we now cannot use the conservatory at all. We now need to completely replace the roof as no other company will repair it as it is such awful quality, so now we are going to have to spend £10,000 to replace the whole roof.

Absolutely awful; definitely avoid!

Fantastic Conservatory Buy

Conservatory 4 u fantastic service looks so nice now up, we’re so pleased. Plans sent to me everything supplied that was needed got it supplied when we wanted. So easy to deal with. My brother niece and nephew helped put it up the only thing I would say is that the instructions that came with it was not to easy to follow.

Conservatory

Do not buy a conservatory from conservatories 4u. As we had a planning issue we had to store it safely in our garage for a short time,so it ran over the allotted guarantee. We checked the conservatory when it arrived and did not see any damage. When the conservatory was erected, the fitters pulled off the protective tape from the door frame ,they pointed out the damage, which they said must have been done at the factory as the tape over it was undamaged. We sent a photo down to the salesman , who said to contact his managing director which we did , unfortunately have heard nothing from him. Neither the factory Synseal or Conservatories 4u have any interest in settling the bill which we paid to get the damage sorted out. We feel either the factory or Conservatories 4u have failed in their duty to supply a conservatory in perfect condition.

Superb Product

After just finishing the fitting of our DIY conservatory we felt compelled to share our experiences. The team at Direct Conservatories worked tirelessly to perfect our design and we're always in hand to help. We found the installation video very easy to follow. The conservatory itself was remarkably simple to fit and was of very high quality.

Very Helpful And Professional Service

I found the both the service and products outstanding from start to finish. DC4U supplied my conservatory exactly to my specifications and were happy to put up with my persistent 'meddling'. I would highly recommend.

K2 And Synergy Factory Dreadful Company That Dc4u Use

After a good start with the design representative who was really helpful, the day came when the conservatory arrived from the factory Direct Conservatories 4 U use, this is an amalgamation of a company called K2 and Synergy, synergy buying K2 over 12months ago. Now I understand when 2 companies merge together you get teething problems but this was over 12months ago so they should have got there act together by now.

My conservatory had so many important pieces either missing or primarily of the wrong specification that as my builders were erecting they had to come back after the correct part had been made and resent to me, this cost an extra £400 in builders costs ( and this was only to cover there costs) as I had to pay them numerous times for putting in an hours work but then they could go no further as the next part was wrong or missing, instead of a 2.5 day build it took over 12weeks before every part had arrived to complete my conservatory. I am still chasing reimbursement for the extra expense which I had to pay due to this incompetence, so beware.
