Had my windows and a conservatory from these people a few years ago, i wish i had never heard about the place. All my windows have bowed and leaking, seals are not fitted correct and letting lots of cold air through, its like living outside in the winter even with the heating on. I can see daylight through the top of one of them, also through the top of the door. I have had to tape most of the windows up. The conservatory leaked from day one, and about 6 months in one of the inner glass panels exploded like a bomb going off, nothing had touched it. the top openers have all bowed and leaking, the roof nearly takes off when we have high winds, and it is now damp. Really shoddy workmanship and still wanting money from me for it. What a joke, they take no responsibility and get their legal team involved.

My late father used this utter joke of a company to replace our back door in 2011 whilst suffering form the onset of dementia; we were burgled in February 2017 and entry was gained through the Everseal door, which was very strange as the lock was still in place but the door was wide open (I actually found the burglars inside the house on my return!). The police were at a loss to how they got the door open, however the locksmith was able to quickly identify several flaws in the door- the actual door was weak, bendy, of shockingly poor quality and there was a 1cm difference between the size of the door and the frame, so they had simply jammed the door to the side and it came away like flimsy cardboard to allow them to completely ransack our house at their leisure. Initially I was unable to find the receipt as my father who passed away last year had put it in a 'safe' place as people with dementia often do. On finding it I found that it was still under guarantee, this appears to not be worth the paper it's writen on as I have since attempted to contact the company several times through emails, phone calls and am repeatedly fobbed off. The person I dealt with likes to tell me that I'll get a call back, or that I'll be getting a letter in the post that still hasn't arrived despite me keeping an eye out for the carrier pigeon. I am now pursuing them through an alternative route. Looking the reviews left by others these people should be in jail.

Excellent product the new conservabase is a brilliant idea only took half the time to install as a normal brick conservatory and you wouldn't know the difference , there is no dirt and mess and no need for skips as hardly any waste. Well worth the money we paid and would defiantly recomend this product to others and the installation guy's were very good at there jobs .

The work men where due to arrive at 0900 they got here at 0855 work started straight away their was no dust just a bit of banging they worked then till it was complete taking about 4 hours when they had finished they cleaned up with a vacuum cleaner and took all the old rubbish with them they where 2 hard working men very sincere workmen a pleasure to have them in our house the doors are just what we want and finished our porch off perfec

We are very pleased with our new conservatory from Eversal. We are impressed by the build quality and the speed of its completion. The build team were exceptional and never stopped working over three days to make it weatherproof and ready for use. We were told that we were some bricks short for the front and sides. The surveyor visited and ordered extra. We had to wait a few days but an appointment for completion of the work was quickly made and work completed. All in all a better experience than we have had conservatories before. Very impressed with the new style of build.

When we decided to upgrade our conservatory we had quotes from various Companies but settled on Everseal for there price and quality. When the day arrived the fitters were here bright and early and worked all day until the job was done. We were really pleased with the quality of the product, the only negative was the drain pipe was round where all ours are square but it would not stop me using them again. The fitters were efficient and helpful and cleaned up after themselves. All in all a good experience.

I have been absolutely delighted with this experience. Prior to booking I was happy to use everseal as I aware of the excellent reputation the company has. In reality this wasn't a disappointment. Everseal were very easy to deal with throughout. We were made clear of stock options and had vice on products without a pushy sales approach (and the price was great too).

It was easy to book the installation, the Everseal staff arrived when they said they would and did a great job in not a lot of time, the approach from the Everseal staff was both friendly and professional, the installation staff were courteous and very easy to deal with. The aftersales care has also great, they contacted us to check we were happy and if anything could have been done.

I went to Everseal some time ago and was so pleased with their product and service that I returned for some more windows. The fitters were very good and explained what they were doing, they were friendly and I am completely satisfied with the whole experience.

We were very impressed with the product and the quality of the workmanship of the fitting team. The service engineer who came out to deal with the minor problem that we experienced was very efficient and professional.

All in all the customer service met our expectations although we did have one minor problem which was resolved to our satisfaction.
