I would never recommend this company to a friend.

Ordered from them paid large deposit then when trying to arrange fitting date told they have gone into liquidation

I had 16 windows and one door, Windows fine but , back door reciever lose in frame, screw lose allowing cold winter air around door to enter the kitchen making it a very cold room.

The guys who done the fitting were fine and very clean, would recommend the two guys.

As far as the door is concerned had told the people the problem befor Xmas and they said we can expect a visit befor Xmas but , had phone call to make another appointment for January 8th, well stayed in all day made 7 phone call had answerphone, left messages.

Where are you ....?

Having cancelled my order I am now trying to extract my £1200 deposit. They keep making up excuses, like staff off sick. However she went sick after my deposit should have been paid; that was a week ago.

I have looked at these other reviews and feel lucky that I did cancel.

They do not seem to have done much work and are a smaller comany that they try to appear.

I was told that I would be given a free quote to keep for 6 months - no pressure to buy. However, there were 2 quotes one today and one to keep for 6 months. I felt under pressure. I was told they have their own factory making their own windows but Company house does not support this claim.

Now I am seeking a refund as I cancelled. They promised me a cheque within 2 weeks it is now over that time. I asked for a BACs transfer as that is how I paid them. They refused. Another reviewer waited over 3 month for a refund. That is not fair.

initially all seemed well but... customer service is appalling/non existent. I had a back door for over 40 years with no problems. Go- Revives frame lasted 3 months before developing a small hole. after 3 months of complaining their response was -'well it's not doing any harm'! if they bought a suit and discovered that one leg was slightly shorter would they agree it wasn't doing any harm? either I need a new frame, which seems very unlikely, or at least a refund as I paid for a complete frame - not one that was ropey after 3 months.

pity I didn't read the reviews before purchasing. even their staff have admitted to me that customer service is appalling.

Avoid at all costs!

We were initially impressed with the product, however the fitting and customer service we have received have been appauling. We have been let down, messed around and ignored  for over 3 months now. Each window fitted has something wrong with it: ripped seals, bent window boards, windows next to each other fitted at ridiculously different heights, the list goes on. Every time we have tried to contact the company, we are told people are in meetings or are on the other line and we then either have to wait an age for someone to call us back or we have to chase them again ourselves. We have even been hung up on while waiting. At least 3 times arrangement have been made for someone to come and carry out alterations and no one has turned up, we have not been contacted to warn us or explain why and we have been left with no way of contacting them as they don't answer their phones at the weekend.

The company say "Your project will be professionally managed and completed to the highest of standards. At Go Revive we thrive on your testimonials and word of mouth advertising, so we always ensure that every job is completed to the best quality." This is complete and utter rubbish - this company do not offer a quality service and they do not seem to care about their poor service or their customers. Do not use this company.

I have recently had 13 windows and 2 doors fitted, from the start, the salesman, the surveyor the fitters and the after care person, were absolutely professional polite and caring of my home, and the fitters were very clean, when working. I would recommend this company to any body looking to change windows and doors. Job well done.

They keep cold calling which is illegal - have reported them to the Telephone Preference Service.

still waiting for my deposit to be returned letters are ignored would be very wary
