We bought A-rated windows but they don't seem to be installed properly. Our house is colder and we can't hear the TV because of the wind howling through the gaps! There are also quite a few scratches and the finish wasn't very neat. Someone also made a mess in the toilet and tried to blame my 3 year old who hadn't even been in the house at the time. Unfortunately, High View Windows are not members of the Glass and Glazing Federation so unless we want to pay £700 for them to do an inspection, there's not a lot we can do.
