From start to finish the experience was enjoyable, the end product is of a very high standard at a very competitive price. The team who installed the garden room were first class, turned when they said they would and put a full day in even cleaning up behind them. Very helpful office staff ,diagnosed suspected motor failure,Engineers arrived bang on time ,rang when half hour away , replaced motor and fitted it with a manual override with out being asked and at no extra cost , superb experience

We have had a Nationwide garage door for 23 years with which we had been very happy. However, the time had come to replace it. We decided to again go with Nationwide and we're not disappointed. The process from start to finish was very straightforward. All staff were both polite and very helpful. The two men who carried out the installation were prompt and friendly and everything was carried out to our total satisfaction. We have no reservations about recommending Nationwide to anyone. The door is easy and quick to use.

I have just had delivery and assembly of my awning. I am delighted with it. My only regret is that I did not do this ages ago. Can’t recommend Nationwide too highly. From the initial meeting to the installation today everything they said would happen has - on time . The central office are excellent : really great communicators and focussed on meeting the needs of us ! Really do appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. 4 members of staff have visited me over 3 meetings ( including today ) and they have all been very skilled and thoughtful. One of the things which strikes me is how clear they all were from the start about the cost and the process. Looking forward to the sun now !

Our awning was jammed and a plate at the end has come adrift. We phoned Nationwide and explained the problem and was informed that the model we had was discontinued and could not guarantee that it could be repaired also the call out was £180 including VAT. We agreed to the terms and the two engineers arrived on the due date and time and fixed the problem with ease. Call out cost was high but they did come from Birmingham and where a credit for their Company in presentation and respect.

Highly impressed by Nationwide when we were looking to buy an awning. From first telephone contact, to the sales visit and delivery /installation, all their staff were pleasant, polite, helpful and responsive. We were also kept fully informed at every stage so we knew where we were.

Now installed and very pleased. cannot fault the company and would highly recommend.

The whole experience was very good from beginning to end. A salesman visits who is very friendly and knowledgeable. There is no high pressure selling. The order is placed and half the value of the order is taken there and then. A site survey is then arranged with good communication with the company. The site survey shows up some amendments needed and the ordered is revised which we sign. The anticipated installation date is given. When it appeared that the date would slip due to supply issues we were informed by letter. Nearer the original installation date we were contacted and agreed the date which was actually within the original timeframe. The two man team of installers arrived on time and installed the product very professionally and quickly. All mess was cleared up. The awning was demonstrated as were the safety mechanisms and settings. Paperwork was handed over. Installers left. I paid the 50% balance by phone. We are delighted with the awning and vertical sun screen. The products are built to a very high standard and come with a 5 year guarantee. Don’t confuse these products with awnings off famous internet companies. These are built to last and do cost a lot more.
